I had a good laugh over it too. As awkward attempted saves go, that's definitely one of the funniest I've seen.

I know the way it's drawn is supposed to be pretty fanservicy, but for some reason, only the vampire hunter girl is cute to me. It's probably the hair.

I read the spinoff, but I've already lost the plot. Oh well, it's still in its opening stages, perhaps later material will clarify things.

As for the current Eerie Cuties arc, it's earned the Lesbian Vampire page a new example
