Team Easy has corrupted Cream by giving her a 50% score decrease.
Instead of ya know, Just making her Team Rose like Amy.
So Sonic is less superpowered guy and more Usain Bolt. Okay.
hahahahahahaha
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I don't think I'd go that far. Even among other speed characters Sonic and Shadow are in a league of their own.
Tell that to Tails in Sonic 2.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I always had a that the major Sonic characters are naturally Chaos Power-positive, and they use it passively like Hamon for power, speed and toughness. The main advantage is this means they can tap into rings and Chaos Emeralds for a power boost.
Since watching Jo Jo I cannot help but imagine Metal Sonic having a Kars-like personality. At least he didn't end up stranded beyond the Earth.

The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Unless you count Little Planet as that.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.In other news, Sonic is only #2 on GameTrailers' Top 10 Series That Deserve to Die!
A few years back, it would have been #1.
I'd like to refute that by pointing at Colors and Generations but Lost World and Boom kind of ruined that point. Dammit Sega. You better make the 25th anniversary game really fucking good.
Lost World and Boom didn't ruin anything.
Lost World was simply viewed as mediocre, and Boom is just a spin-off that no one cares about.

Any game that's not the second coming of Jesus is viewed as a reason to cancel the franchise. Even Generations didn't stop people from going on about how awful Sonic was and how it should have been put out of its misery a decade ago.
Those people are just morons who don't even play the games they complain about.
Their opinions are worthless than the toilet paper I wipe my ass with.
And thus lies Sega's problem in a nutshell. They had a good argument for a while and then they kind of blew it again.
There's not enough faith in the franchise for the odd failure to be brushed off.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectUltimately I do kind of agree with them. I liked the Adventure games when I was a kid and while I still have a soft spot for them they are incredibly flawed and aged terribly. After Sonic 3 the only games that are really awesome are Colors and Generations. I thought that was because Sega finally found their groove again but now it's looking like that was just a fluke. If the next few years are going to be nothing but mediocre to terrible games I'm probably just going to ignore the franchise.
Their opinions are worthless than the toilet paper I wipe my ass with.
no please tell us how you really feel
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I personally disagree with ignoring Boom because its a spin-off, relating to my experience of listening to DMC fans hound their spin-off.
And I still think that, had Boom sold well, they'd be focusing on that instead of main Sonic. We'd still get Sonic Runners, but we'd have a Wii U and 3DS Fire & Ice, and the show would have fewer hiatuses. They'd quietly snuff out main Sonic since his last game was Lost World. It's what I'd do if I was a money-grubbing executive, work the product that generates interest and profit.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I wouldn't mind Boom being the new face of the franchise if it wasn't a poorly designed game. It gave us the ability to play as Tails, Knuckles, and Amy again which is something the franchise desperately needs to do. The level design and story were pretty crap but if they fixed those and got rid of the general lack of polish I'd probably prefer it to most of the main series games.
From what I've heard the TV show is also Actually Pretty Funny.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Unlike a lot of Sonic fans I tend to prefer continuity and somewhat more complex plots so I'm not a huge fan of it. I watched the first ten or so episodes and after deciding it's So Okay, It's Average I've ignored it for the most part.

I don't pay much attention to it anymore. They had an "alternate reality" episode and a "Groundhog Day" episode, but the show just isn't going anywhere - its Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog 2015 using "Boom canon" instead of "early Sonic Western canon".
While Boom's characterizations are tolerable, the idea of Sonic going through another inexplicable soft reboot is groan-inducing. I don't know how Mario gets away with it.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Not having a serious plot.
I think Mario is able to do that because the games never tried to do anything too ambitious or branch out much. Sonic has had various spinoffs like the comics and TV show alongside the Adventure games. While their quality is questionable they actually did try to do worldbuilding and create deeper characters. Generations and Colors are good but their stories are pretty bland.
Generations had a pretty interesting concept it's just that they didn't really do much with it. Lost world in terms of story is a complete mess. The Deadly Six are so generic but at the same time theirs some implications that theirs more to them, Tails's kidnapping is pointless as well as his "robotization", Knuckles and Amy have no point whatsoever, really I could go on for a while on just how poorly done Lost World's story is.
My Tumblr "If theirs one thing I'm good at, it's blowing" Jesse Cox 2013
Well to be fair, he is the 'Easy' character, so he can't run as fast as other characters.
So a slow Speed Type.
