Which is why I want to see someone write Canada/Italy, maybe they bond over cooking

^_^ It's real-world canon, at least, that Romano taught Toronto-tan how to have fun in the sixties. To this day, every summer the city smells of fresh tomatoes in backyard gardens.

Sadist, i'd love you forever if you did that. But...if it came to it, who'd top? I'm saying Italy, y'know. He's a soft topper, IMO. I've already thought up a scenario of sorts. Italy, after one of those Nation meetings, spies a ghostly Canada, mistaking him for a real ghost, and decides the best way to lay this spirit to rest is to cook stuff with him. He then finds out, much to his joy, that his new friend is huggable, and learns that its Canada. Next meeting, when everyone wonders who Canada is, Italy pipes up. "Veeee~ Thats Canada~! We made Pasta and pancakes :D"

Cloud Cuckoo Lander Moe Italy, and quiet Moe Canada. Best pairing, yet no one does it :(

[up]D'aww, that's cute. <3

Although, for some reason, I can totally see Canada as being top in that pairing... actually, I imagine both of them as being versatile. :P

And... the movies out? Does that mean it's finally been subbed, or just that the DVD is out?

I heard there's an amateur sub out, but I watched the raw.

Ptht. I couldn't even find the raw version. The only one I found was the Spanish subs. tongue

My friends sent me the link to a stream of the raw version, so it's out there. And I don't mind amateur subs, although I suspect it'll be on Funimation's site at some point anyway.

I don't really imagine Canada being top. Canada may have been raised by France, but italy has been around for much longer, not to mention Feliciano is the Northern part...We both know who'd gonna top when it comes to the Vargas brothers tongue

Be fair. Canada tops Ukraine, at least; they're totally into each other.

The raw. No idea if the quality is any good, because I'm too lazy to watch it right now.

[up] The Hetalia movie? Or Heta Oni? Because both are equally confusing/crazy

The movie. Heta Oni made me feel anxious and wanting more when I finished. Paint it White made me stare at the screen in confusion.

Hahaha, well, hey, its Hetalia.

Also...Should we make a Heta Oni/Hetalia RPG thread, for discussing spoilers and the like? Or should we just discuss them here, and put 'em in spoilers?

Well, they're not legitimately a part of Hetalia and have a different mood altogether, so I don't see why not.

And the existence of this list kind of disturbs me. Godammit, my OTP is so obscure, it doesn't even have a description!

You think your pairing is obscure? Canada/Italy isn't even on the list!

Edit: Also, where would one stick a Hetalia RPG thread? Its based off of Hetalia, which is Animu/mango, but yet its a game, but it doesn't really play, so much as use it as a medium for making Fanfiction

Yeah, this thread was the first place I heard that from.  *

EDIT: Well, they aren't really actual games and I think the anime/manga section has had threads based on fan stuff before, so I say just stick it here.

Would anybody be interested in a fanfic about Cities interacting? I mean, if Il Mezzogiorno gets to be its own personified country in the present, what about the individual city states of Italy back in the day?

Granted, I mostly want an excuse to write Toronto/Montréal Foe Yay, but...

[up] Or, even better. Write about BC. BC was torn between being annexed by America, becoming its own place, or becoming part of Canada./ In the end, BC chose Canada. Also, gonna make a Heta Oni thread, then Edit: Made the thread, if you haven't watched Heta oni yet, I suggest watching through what episodes are up right now, because, well, spoilers

Russia cosplayer here who has a major crush on Belarus. Yes this leads to confusion in the way I'm supposed to act when I see a Belarus cosplayer. sad

In any case, as you can guess my favorite characters are Belarus and Russia. I tend to watch the series for the humor, especially the increasingly rare historical injokes. T Hough to be honest, I just like the characters enough that I enjoy watching them, even without the history. Even then, that doesn't stop me from writing my notes for my IR/Modern modules with Hetalia characters. waii

And yeah...Paint It White is confusing, though it does have a few moments that I was very amused by. Belarus acting very, VERY Moe, Russia's method of fighting, and Rock Star!Grandpa Rome as a quick list...

Day one of Tsukino Con over here on Vancouver Island, dressed as Canada, with a stuffed bear, and a Maple Syrup bottle as my drink container, which a lot of people liked. Ended up finding a group of Hetalia characters, America, Russia, Prussia, Latvia, Poland, and Liet. I also say a really cute Litchenstein riunning around in a pink dress. I also found another Canada, and her small group of friends near the end of the night, and we sang "Marukaite Chikyuu' until my Cab arrived. So, yeah, always nice to see new people, and become a bunch of crazy friends because you are wearing costumes from the same series. Hoping to see an Italy soon. waii

Edit: Although it may not be relevant, but in the 'Name the Anime theme' contest, Oldies edition, there was one guy who got a lot of them, leaving most people in the dust...Except one of the most obvious one, the Cyber Six theme. Even if it ain't technically Anime, its freaking Cyber Six, how can you not know that theme?!
