Unfortunately all those images are JAFAAC - if I didn't know the character already, while I can sort of guess they would be ineffective from the art style they look like regular villain shots. I think we'd need an image of a minion doing something clearly not evil - sort of like the Monster in the Darkness from OotS having a tea party, except in that case it would need to be cropped because there is a MAJOR SPOILER in the right-hand side of that panel. I'd probably be happier with a better character than the Monster in the Darkness myself - something that screams "minion".
Edit: How about this Despicable Me Mother's Day picture?◊ (after cropping)

Erm, those images are even more of a JAFAAC than mine were, nothing about those images really says Evil Minion. The first image is more like Dark Is Not Evil and the second image, without knowing who those characters are, is about as far off from the trope as you can get.
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.Maybe I don't understand the trope - I thought Minion with an F in Evil was for the underlings of Card Carrying Villains - minions who don't get the whole "Evil" act and really don't act much like villains at all, doing stereotypically nice things for people (like baking cakes). While I agree the first image I linked to won't work, I thought the second from Despicable Me was fairly close to the meaning of the trope. *

The problem is that because the Despicable Me image doesn't include their evil master Gru to counterbalance the image, it just looks like three happy...nougats baking a cake for their mom. There's no way to tell that they're even minions as opposed to any other generically happy creature unless we can show they work for the bad guy.
That's sort of what I was going for in my DM image but even that's a little JAFAAC.

How about this image from Invader Zim.◊ Downside is that it focuses a bit too much on Zim instead of Gir, but it does capture the evil megalomaniac vs. space cadet minion side of the duo dynamic.
Oh blast it!

That's on Amusing Alien.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickI like Kronk, it's clear and uncluttered, and shows both the minion and the boss. The problem is neither one is really doing anything evil. The Invader Zim one (cropped) is better for that, but its a bit cluttered.
Bump...Fuschia from Sinfest has become a great example of this. I'll try to find some examples later on.

Comic that the second page quote is from Panels 6 and 7 would work, and we could do away with the second quote.
Heh, that's a good suggestion too.
^^ Yeah, panel 6+7 of that comic are pretty good.
What about 5+6 ("seasoned with nutmeg")? I tried to read 6+7 and was hella confused.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.Either 5 and 6 or 6 and 7 would work IMO; the former shows the F-ness, the latter shows it in more detail plus another, truly evil character's reaction.
For me, Megamind and Minion first pop into my head. Unless that's being too obvious...
I like Sal Fish Fin's suggestion.
Bump...any other thoughts?
Re-bump to remind myself to look for a recent Sinfest strip that would be good for this...
How's this?

Pfft, I like it.
Fight smart, not fair. That's hilarious, and very good.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickHeh...I cracked up when I read the strip, not only for that but because of Baby Blue's reaction - "Have you lost your mind?!"
I really like that one.
Reaction Image RepositoryI like that one too. And If there's no objections, let's put it up and close this "quick post"
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction. How do you know that the devil girls are minions without reading the strip?
So far, the picture of Yzma and Kronk has been the best fit. It's not good enough, but it's a step in the right direction for several reasons.
- It shows a minion with his boss. (Improvement: It needs to be more obvious that the boss is the minion's boss and not just an odd couple hanging out.)
- The boss looks Obviously Evil.
- The minion looks obviously not.

Crown Description:
Minion With An F In Evil
I would've added an image to this page myself, but I think the general rule is that any new image trope additions need to go through IP first.
Anyway, this hopefully shouldn't be too difficult. Just find an image of a stereotypical villain with a contrasting image of his/ her adorable or goofy sidekick. Just to start things off, suggestions:
