It disgusts me. Everything about it. You say it doesn't 'know any better'... what, obedience is not built in to it?

As usual, the explanation is fairly simple: obedience and submission are hardwired into the ahmun brain, at the genetic level. Things that do not fit that mold are alien, strange... scary.

Teaching... yes, things like how to hunt, or recognize edible plants, or how to swim or speak or walk. But obedience is so... simple...

Mr Avax, with all due respect, humans don't exactly work the same as your species. As babies, humans lack the better knowledge and morality to...well...you know. That isn't hard wired into humans, it HAS to be taught.
