Wary of being Dragon Clawed, Sky takes a few steps back from Gino, but gives the Salamence a Leer to try and make himself look tough.
Lake: <Yeah. I think we've been through, what, three universes by now?>
Sky: <Universes? So you're multiversal travelers?>
Lake: <I guess we are. Except now I think we may be time travelers now, too.>
Sky: <Ah, you're multiversal time travelers then!>
Dew: <Wait, hang on a second here. How did you manage to travel to another universe?>
Lake: <With this little thing...>
The Feraligatr pulls out a Shard Of the Time Space Orb, Dew and Sky gazing at it curiously.
Sky: <...That little piece of stone lets you jump between universes?>
Lake nods.
Lake: <But never when you want it too. Stupid thing.>
He glares at the piece of stone before placing it back in his bag.
<Me and Gino both ended up here after grabbing one of those shards.>
Dew: <Is that why you both appeared out of nowhere?>

Lake: <Believe me, it does.>
Dew nods, then pauses, rubbing her chin in thought.
Dew: <Okay, so you've traveled from your world, to this world of only Pokémon, and then to our world, correct?>
Lake nods.
<Yet, for some reason, your world and our world is the same, yet humans in ours have been goen for two-hundred...or was it four hundred years?>
Sky gives the Shelgon approximation of a shrug.
Sky: <I could have sworn it was six hundred.>
Dew: <Eurgh...history isn't our strong point. We really should have payed more attention when our parents dragged us on that trip to the cave of lore...>
Lake: <...The cave of lore?>
Sky: <It's this cave just outside the swamp where this grouchy old Salamence keeps all this boring stuff about Bluescale's history.>
Lake: <Does it have any information on why all the humans are gone?>
Dew: <Of course! It's a huge part of Bluescale's history!>
Lake: <Oh! Can we go over and->
Sky: <NO.>
Lake: <Huh?>
Sky snorts angrily.
Sky: <Now you listen to me, you multiversal time-travelling alien Feraligatr, or...whatever you are! Me and Dew were supposed to be spending this afternoon together without any interruptions!>
He pauses to glance skyward, squinting at the sun.
<It won't be long until Dew has to go home for move practice, and we are not going to spend that time in a cave of boring history with a grumpy Salamence twice as old as Dew's grandmother!>
The Shelgon begins to walk away.
<You two can find that cave perfectly fine by yourselves, I'm sure. Come on Dew, let's go back to the lake...>
The Croconaw stares at the Shelgon as he walks away, before turning to look back at Lake and Gino, a sad look on her face.
Dew: <Sorry, I promised that I would spend time with him today. Um...oh!>
She then pulls out a chunk of wood, before carving a set of runes into it with her claws and handing it to Lake...
...Who stares at it curiously, unable to read it.
Lake: <...What is it?>
Dew: <It's the address to my home: 24 Swamp Lane. If you can't read it, then just find the street sign that matches the first two symbols, okay?>
Sky: <Dew! Are you coming?>
Dew: <HANG ON! Jeez, so impatient. Anyway, the cave is directly south of the town. If you fly there, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to reach it.>
Lake: <Okay...a few minutes to the south.>
The Feraligatr nods.
<Gotcha'.>
Dew smiles at the two.
Dew: <I hope you find what you're looking for. See you later, okay?>
She gives them a wave, then rushes off to catch up with Sky. Lake, however, can't help but look a bit worried.
Lake: <Hmm...I hope we didn't ruin their date. Of course, I'd probably feel the same as Sky if I was out with Nadia and we kept getting interrupted...>

A certain Croconaw and Shelgon pair are making their way back to the nearby lake, in hoping of finally managing to get some quality time together.
Dew: <I mean, there's no reason you couldn't come back to my house when I do Move Practice with my parents later.>
Sky: <Well...I guess it depends on what move you're practicing. Perhaps I might be able to help.>
Dew: <Er, well, my parents think my Bubble Shield needs a bit of work...>
Sky narrows his eyes at Dew.
Sky: <Oh, well there's no way I'll be able to help with that.>
Dew: <You don't have to help. Besides, I could always blow you a bubble to jump on...>
The Shelgon gives the Croconaw a disapproving look.
Sky: <Oh sure. I can bounce on one of your bubbles, and believe, if only just for a fraction for a second, that I'm actually flying before gravity pulls me back down again, and I'm faced with the harsh reality that, for as long as I'm a Shelgon, I will never soar amongst the clouds, free from it's eternal grasp. That sounds real fun.>
Dew: <...Well gee, if you're gonna' be so grumpy about it...Wait, what's that?>
The Croconaw points to a group of Pokémon consisting of an Audino, a Ferrothorn, a Leavanny and a Blaziken.
A blue Blaziken.
Sky: <...What the heck? Is that Blaziken blue?!>
Dew: <Yes...yes it is.>
Sky: <...This day just keeps getting weirder and weirder...>

Dunsparce didn't stop being a thing or anything.
Sky yelps at Gino's sudden exclamation, the Shelgon jumping in shock...only to end up falling over backwards onto his back. Frustrated, he lets out a low growl as he tries to right himself, the Dragon Pokémon flaling his limbs widely in the air.
Sky: <Darn it, help!>
Lake, however, is too shocked by Dew's words to notice.
Lake: <They're...gone? All of them?>
Dew nods sadly, before walking over to Sky and beginning to push on the side of his shell to try and push him back over.
Dew: <Yeah, they've been gone for a long time...>
Lake: <Wait...what? How long?>
Dew: <EURGH! Phew...I'm not sure...about two hundred years or so?>
Lake: <Wha-?! TWO HUNDRED YEARS?! But we've only been gone about a week!>
Dew: <A week? WHOA!>
Dew nearly stumbles as she finally pushes Sky back onto his feet, the Shelgon rolling onto his legs, allowing him to stand once more.
Sky: <Thank you, Dew. What do you mean by "A week?">
Lake: <Well, erm...it's complicated...>
The Shelgon scoffs.
Sky: <Can't be by much more than it is now.>
Lake: <Oh, believe me it is. Just trying to figure out what's going on here is making my head hurt...>
The Feraligatr sits down, clutching his head as if in pain.
Dew: <Hmm...perhaps you should start from the beginning.>
She turns to look at Gino.
<How did you get into this whole mess in the first place?>
Sky: <It's totally because you're aliens, aren't you?>
