Ivy: I'm going to make sure he survives. But we've gotta be quick. There is a way... as long as it doesn't turn out to be just a myth.
Skye: <What is it?>
Ivy: <It's said that, somewhere in the mountains, there's a clearing with a triad of crystals. Beneath it lies Keetongu, the master of venoms. If we can find him, we can save Eskay. But we've looked all over the volcano, and no such clearing exists...>
Spectrum: <...You're looking on the wrong mountain. We've been to one that fits that description.>

-She climbs onto Spectrum's back, and they fly out of the cave.-

-A golden Rahkshi jumps down. Notably, Kraata-Za is attached to its head, emanating a "fear" aura.-
-Kyrie balls her hands into fists-

It may be somewhat presumptuous of me to write you this letter. I understand you have no reason to like me, and no doubt I am connected with memories of a time you would much rather not revisit. Nevertheless, I feel obligated to contact you one last time.
You are an honorable man. I have recently heard of your activities in Spectra in the time leading up to the demise of Lord Umbra. While I can not say I would ever engage in a resistance effort as you did, your actions on the behalf of the citizenry were admirable. I wish I had done as you did much, much earlier. I hope the good you brought to Spectra is some consolation for the evils wrought on you there. You did not deserve what befell you. There are many things I regret from my time here, and your fate is one of them. I can only apologize for my cowardice. I told myself it was honor. I can only hope I did not bring about any lasting evil by my folly.
It is unlikely you will ever see me again. I am leaving Ransei. I am going home to my family. If at all possible, I suggest you do the same. Perhaps the aftermath of this war could hold happiness for the both of us.
I wish you luck in all your endeavors. I would not presume to suppose you will remember me fondly, but know that I will remember you.
