Jacob: "Regina...? Come on Regina... no need to play around. Get up." -Falls to knees and crawls over to her, and shakes her a few times- "Regina? Regina. Please. Please don't... please be-" -She is recalled on her own-

".................. I guess all those things I said... about me being one of the best, about me being great, and not it just being Regina were all lies, huh? I'm just an average trainer, who couldn't have made it as far as he did without his god-like Gardevoir, that threw around the Elite Four of Hoenn, threw around Legendary Ancient Pokemon, and obliterated almost an entire mountain cluster to save me." -Sighs-

"Where's that little alien thing? I want to go back to Driftveil. I want to go home. I want to be back with Lity. She won't laugh at me. She won't be one of the 'told-you-so's'." -With no feeling or any hint of emotion-

Elityria: "Awww... he's so cute!"

Joy: -Face sours at the Axew- <Sexist!> -Slaps him-

Elityria: -Gasps- "Joy! We don't slap other people or Pokemon!"

Joy: <Joy JOY.>

Halberd is slapped and rubs the area hit "<If only you weren't a girl... As fat as you are, you're still a girl...> he said, grumpily

"My, this one will be interesting." said Sakura, blinking at the Axew.

"<Doesn't look like a nice playmate.>" said Dylan, rather disappointed

"<Well, at least you still have me to play with, but that one may be fun.>" said Hercules.

Pallad: <You need rest... Your entire team does. Particularly Regina...>

Brecht: -comes down from a tree- <I think this is enough for tonight.>

Driftveil Pokemon Center

-Brecht and Pallad leave Jacob in a room.-

Brecht: -to Lity- <Your boyfriend is in the Pokemon Center.>

Pallad: <...He said he wanted you, Elityria. You should probably visit him alone. Tell him... them... I'm genuinely sorry.>

-He trudges off slowly-

Joy: <.......> -Slaps Halberd again-

Elityria: "Huh? Jakey's here? What you mean tell them you're sorry?"

Jacob: "......." -Walks out, heals up his team, without so much as a look at Lity, then to Sakura- "I want to say I'm sorry Sakura. I had no right to say the only reason you'd ever beat me was because of Grant. You're a fantastic trainer of your own right." -Then silently walks into a room and flops down on to a bed and stares at the ceiling-

Above Driftveil City

| Zeta has dismissed Kaminari for some free time to do as she pleases. All other members of her team except Cetus have been recalled. Zeta is currently drawing an intricate diagram on a peace of paper, pausing occasionally to measure parts of Cetus's body.

Driftveil

Again, Halberd is slapped, but without saying anything this time, just some grumbling, while Sakura just looked at Jacob's passed by

"D-Did I do that to him?" she asked, a bit afraid.

Zeta: There! It is done. Now I just need to find some skilled craftsmen. Armorers and smiths.

Cetus: <What is it, miss?>

Zeta: I'm not going to say. I will tell you, however, that it is for you.

Cetus: <Oh lovely! I do enjoy surprises. As long as they are nice ones.>

Driftveil Center

Jacob: -Decides to come out- "Oh no. It wasn't you. I just... I'm sorry. For all the words I say, the boasts I make, I'll never be the trainer I thought I was." -Sits down sad- "I was just completely and utterly crushed. So thats it. I give up on battling."

Elityria: -Gasps and hugs Jacob- "Oh don't say that! Losing happens to everyone! You don't need to give up what you enjoy just because you're not as good at it as you thought."

Jacob: "....I enjoyed it so much because I thought I was good at it. ....But now I guess I could try spending my time doing other things. Like hanging out with you." -Lets her snuggle closer- "So yeah, I'm giving up on my gym challenge. What have you two been up to since I left? I hope my words didn't hurt you too much, Sakura..."

Driftveil Pokémon Center

"D-Don't worry about it Jacob, I'm feeling better already, but... Don't you think it's a bit too soon to give up just because you took a beating from someone? It's something that happens." said Sakura, wondering what happened to Jacob while she was with Lity.

Driftveil Pokémon Center

Jacob: "It's not that. It's just that if the only reason I ever win is because of Regina, I can't be a good trainer. All I am is a person with a good Gardevoir. All that happened was Eskay's Metagross crushed my entire team. I mean, even if Discord evolved soley out of his desire to help me win, even with little perks, I never stood a chance." -Sighs and snuggles closer to Lity and lays his head on her shoulder- "Thanks, Lity. It's a lot nicer now that I'm back."

Elityria: -Doesn't know how to respond, so just hugs Jacob more-

Driftveil

"To be fair, that Metagross crushes everything, even the Pokémon League, hardly something to get some worked up about, I think..." said Sakura, worried.

Driftveil Pokémon Center

Jacob: "I guess.... I just can't handle the fact I can't back up my talk with action...." -Falls asleep on Lity's shoulder-

Elityria: -Just hugs Jacob more- "He's never been this way before. I... I don't know what to think right now..." -Is suddenly in a different pair pajamas- "Well, maybe I should take him to go get some sleep...."

"I'm sorry, but I can't help either..." said Sakura.

Driftveil Pokémon Center

Elityria: "I'm worried now, but.... I'm sure it'll be fine. Jakey is stubborn, so is his team. He'll be back to his old self soon. Well, I suppose we should go to sleep now. Night, Sakura. See you tomorrow." -Picks up Jacob and takes him to their room, places him on a bed and cuddles-

Jacob: -Wraps arms around Lity, now awake- ".....Lity. Thank you so much. Would you mind holding me a little tighter? I'm... I don't want to be alone right now."

Elityria: -Blushes a little, but does so- "You've never.... asked me to get closer to you before. I... I'm not sure whether to be worried or happy your personal bubble is shrinking."

Jacob: -Just pulls her closer- "I love you Elityria..... I just... don't think I... tell you that enough..... good night...." -Falls asleep-

Elityria: -Quietly snuggles closer and begins dozes off too-

-A certain male trainer is headed out to a place deep in a forest... Carrying a reader with which to transport Pokeballs-

"... So... This is really it."

<Andre: "Uh... Wasn't the Entralink totally trashed when we came out of it?">

"Well... I'm pretty sure that the effects were temporary... I mean, I've heard that things have supposed to have gotten a bit better..."

<Thog: "A bit better? What on earth did you guys even do-">

-And the relative calm is broken by a Patrat frantically running away-

<???: "AAAAAH! Get it away from me!">

<Shaun: "Eh?! What on ear-?!">

-Chasing after nipping, in a cheerful tone-

-And is picked up by a certain Salamence with a nip-

<Nadia: "Look, couldn't you do that to Pidove in a park or something? This really isn't the right place for that!">

-Protesting-

"Er... For what it's worth... Look... I know that it's probably a little confusing not being able to play where you want to right now... But this is a place where you'd be able to get really lost really fast..."

<Andre: "Aren't we about to send a bunch of mons through-?">

"<I wonder if Gex is still here...>" he thought as he stumbled aroun the forest, looking for an exit.

Gex and Vincent are somewhat close to Chargestone Cave.

"<Hey! A cave!>" said Gex, attempting to go into it but being held in place by Vincent

"<It's already bad enough that you're following me around, so don't go causing trouble to me in that cave by getting lost.>" said Vincent, grumpy as ever.

"<What are we gonna do in there?>" asked Gex, curiously.

"<It seems like a good change of scenary, something different for me to paint, from what I know this cave is really unique.>" said Vincent.

"<Ooooh!... What will I do then?>"

"<Sit and watch.>"

Pyry then looked around to see a Shiny Whimsicott hanging from the branch of a tree, with a playful smile.

"<Are you lost?>" she asked, still smiling

"<Y-Yeah... You know the way out?>" asked Pyry, feeling hopeful

"<Sure do, but why don't you stay here with me and the others? It's fun and safe in here!>" said the Whimsicott, now sitting on the branch.

"<S-Sorry, but I have a trainer and->

"<You have a Pokémon Trainer? No wonder you look so scared.>" interrupted the Whimsicott, looking rather concerned, but then giving a reassuring smile "<Don't worry, you're never going to be found out here, so you don't need to go back for you trainer.>"

"<But I->

"<What's your name anyway? I'm Lilina.>" interrupted the Whimsicott, again.

"<I-I'm Pyry, but listen->

Lilina then jumped off the branch and went to Pyry "<Here, come with me! I've never seen any mon like you, so I bet my friends haven't either!> she said, holding him by the arm and attempting to drag him along.

"<U-Um... C-Can I t-talk to you? J-Just for an instant?>" asked Pyry, attempting to resist.

"<Oh, sure, what is it?>" asked Lilina as she stopped trying to drag Pyry around

Humilau

Jordan had given up on looking for the others and was now just minding his own business and swimming around in the city

"<I hope those four are all right, I've searched everywhere I could and didn't find them...>" he thought as he tried to relax on the water.

Driftveil, last night

Nico: Hey Crow. I've heard of you from the stuff I've seen about the J-team. Nice to meet you!

Nazca: <Sir Nicodemus, be careful you aren't seen as a stalker.>

Nico: I'm not a stalker!

Sakura was watching Lily and Dylan fight, and it ended with Dylan being defeated quite fast while Lily took minor damage at best.

"<What was that for? This was no challenge at all.>" said Lily, disappointed

"My my..." said Sakura, helping out Dylan "I figured that having Dylan fight in a disadvantage would be a good way for him to learn how to deal with other Grass types, but I suppose I couldn't expect much from the first time."

"<Ooow... She hurts a lot.>" said Dylan, still on the ground.

Driftveil, last night

Crow: "Nice to meet you too, Nicodemus."

"And don't worry, I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to find out more about others."

-to Nazca- "Oh, by the way, who are you?"

"<Why are you talking about trainers like that? I-I mean, my t-trainer is pretty nice, I-I'm not afraid of her.>" said Pyry, nervously.

Lilina sighs and looks a bit saddened "<It were trainers that separated me from my family, first it was my sister, then a lot of them took an interest on me and I had to run off, dad and mom live at Pinwheel Forest, but I can't even get out of here without someone trying to catch me.>" she said, she then looked a bit scared for a second "<I'm afraid of what's going to happen if I'm caught, so I just live in this forest because it's hard for them to find me here...>

"<O-Oh... But not all trainers are bad, I know a lot of nice ones.>" said Pyry, patting Lilina in the head.

"<I... I don't know, I'm scared of them...>" said Lilina, but then turning to Pyry "<But since you want to find your trainer, I'm gonna show you the exit, come with me.>" she said, giving a small smile.

Lilina then started to guide Pyry out of the forest.

After healing Dylan up with a Hyper Potion, Sakura just started walking around with him and Lily, free for interaction.
