-Xakk continues to try to pin the other Deino without success, and soon enough the other Deino in the group become restless and go over to join the fight-

-two of the Deino jump onto them and push them off, snapping at them in the meanwhile-

Xakk: <Ergh...> -he attempts to bite them back, but is pushed aside by the group-

-Onion subconsciously takes out one of the Ultra Balls and begins fingering it absentmindedly-

Enyo: -noticing this- <You want to catch one of them?>

Yeah.

Fido: <Wonderful.>

Marmalade: <Awww, poor Xakk.>

Goldenrod, Yesterday

Sickle: -is hit by the Shadow Ball- Oof...

Human!Ammy: ...Did I win? Or was that a tie?

Lina: That was intense, no doubt...

-A certain Archeops with major identity issues is pacing back and forth-

<Audrey: "Whoa! Hey! What the heck is that supposed to mean?!">

<Archeops(?): "I-I- Sorry! That just slipped out! Having to keep up this front of iron fisted dictator all the time, not knowing how much time you have left to make a difference. Things just start to become... Natural...">

-And goes silent-

<Audrey: "... Tracer? You feel... Muddled... What's going on in there?">

<Archeops(?): "... I need to get out of here..." ._.>

-Xakk pounces on one of the Deino- <Leave me alone.>

-the Deino struggles to get back up and it isn't until the others help it that it escapes-

Xakk: <Hmph.>

-to Enyo- Can you help me catch one of them?

Enyo: <Any in particular?>

Yeah, the smaller one. -he points to Baby!Xakk-

Enyo: <Why it?>

Dunno.

Enyo: <Fine, then.> -he motions down Alecto and whispers something to her-

Alecto: -nods- <Okay.>

-they emerge from the rock quickly-

Enyo: <Now!>

-Xakk is hit by the attacks while the other Deino growl and flee-

Okay! -Onion tosses an Ultra Ball-

-Backpedaling a bit, ducking behind his trainer's legs-

<Kibago: "Why so shy?">

<Vektor: "Th-There's so many people and mons there... And... Wh-What if-?">

<9-Volt: "Hey, Vektor!">

<Vektor: "H-Huh?">

<9-Volt: "So where are we going first onshore, anyways?">

<Kibago: "I'm not fully sure what planet that 'Matryx' mon came from, but he seemed to be onto something... What's one thing that you've got even in this place you don't know anything about?">

<Vektor: "Friends...

Erm... Heh... M-Maybe we could go with Carol...? It'll be an adventure...

Don't freak out, Mezzo, I have something else planned for them...

Woundwort pushed away the last clawd of dirt separating himself from the Sandelford Warren. After removing the dirt wall, he squeezed himself through the opening and fell into the Honeycomb. Woundwort glanced around. Although he could not see the other Nidos, he could certainly hear them.

Woundwort: <Where are you Laurel... I trusted you...>

Woundwort crawls around the warren, the runs are only *just* big enough to fit the beheamoth. He didn't care though, once he got his pound of flesh, he would ransack the place so no Nido would want to live here anymore.

He was getting impatient, he only wanted the blood of Laurel staining the soiled. As he crawled through a spacious run, he screamed:

Woundwort: <COME OUT LAUREL! COME OUT AND FIGHT!>

Woundwort felt the ground underneath him shift and shaked. He lifted a paw to see what was so odd about the ground, he was greeted by an angry Nidorino lunging at his throat. Crafty, Woundwort thought, that Laurel buried himself for a surprise attack.

The two fought for quite some time. Lunging, scratching, biting, gouging, kicking, tearing at eachothers flesh. Woundwort was surprised that Laurel could nearly match his own strength, such a Worthy Opponent. Even though he was matching Woundwort in his own strength, Laurel was quickly tiring and was starting to retreat into the run. Woundwort cornered him.

Woundwort: <Laurel, you're much too valueable to waste your life on such serfs. Join me and I will give you any position with Efrafa that you desire.>

Laurel: <SIFLAY HRAKA! U EMBLEEM RAH!>

Woundwort: -Unfazed- <Come out.>

Laurel: <...My cheif ordered me to defend this run.>

Woundwort: -Utterly fazed- <Your... cheif?>

Woundwort was shocked by this reveal. Raised in a system that praised physical strength over wits, he assumed that Laurel was the Chief of Sandelford. The idea of a Nido stronger than Laurel, and most likely himself, scared him. He did not think that Laurel's cheif would be chosen for his wits or leadership skills.

His train of thought was broken by a large wail from the surface.

Woundwort: <EH!?>

Vervezion: <RUN! RUN! FOR YOUR LIFE! RUN!>

Woundwort glared at Laurel. He snarled as he turned and made his way to the surface to see what was putting his Nidos in a frenzy. As he arrived at the entrance of the warren, he was shocked by the site he saw.

A Hydreigon was flying around, chasing the Efrafan nidos before snatching them in his jaws and tearing them apart. His nidos were fleeing left, right and center and this display of cowardice and terror from his nidos was sickening.

Woundwort: <Come back! Come back you fools! COME BACK! COME BACK AND FIGHT! DRAGONS AREN'T DANGEROUS.>

The Hydreigon noticed the massive Nidoking standing before him, covered in Blood. This site sent the dragon into a fury and he charged at Woundwort.

Woundwort lunged.

Enyo: <...Whoops.>

-Onion pets Xakk- You're pretty cute.

-Xakk growls and Onion quickly taps him with another Ultra Ball-

Just look at him. -he scratches Xakk's head and his growl changes into a low purr-
