<Much as I hate to agree with Sparky over here...> James says, exchanging glares with the Luxio, <You need to shut up, Cole.>

- Continues moving through the cave, has managed to reach the first pillar room -

Ah, there's the first one.

Aurora:<Any particular reason why you don't trust us?>

Zero:<Yeah! Sure, our Archeops can talk, but we're trustworthy.>

<Well—Mmph!>

James puts his hand over Cole's beak.

<Nope. He doesn't trust anybody. He's all overprotective.>

- Tries to find the next pillar, deciding to follow the same path until we reach the second pillar room -

-Artemia and Pica have somehow reached the top at the same time-

Artemia: <I got here first!>

Pica: <No, I did!>

-Both mons then start pressing their heads against eachother-

Artemia: <Fine, we'll settle this with a battle.>

Pica: <Okay then monkey.>

-Fires off a Dark Pulse, knocking Artemia back-

Artemia: -Lands on her back- <Hey! No fair!>

Pica: -Smirks- <Dark type, or at least I'll be one once I evolve.>

-Runs right over to Artemia and jumps up in an attempt to nail her with a Headbutt-

<Now we'll see who's better!>

Artemia: -Fires a Scald right in Pica's face- <Obviously not you!>

Pica: -Gets burnt, which manages to throw her aim off- <Argh!>

Artemia: -Easily flips and dodges Pica's Headbutt- <You'll have to do better than that, nubs.>

Pica: -Body starts glowing with an aura as she pulls herself out of her own self made hole- <Oh I'm just getting started head pet.>

I know Pica talks about being a perfect mon and all that, but how true is that? Besides the nubby tail.

Ana: <That's not just a massive ego talking. Though it is indeed there. She really is pretty strong. Bohr and I were running tests on her back in Hoenn.>

<I thought you didn't trust him,> the Heatmor taunts.

<And I'm Hunter's team leader, Cesar,> the Staraptor says, hopping over. <My team is the Luxio, Roserade, Golduck, Bibarel, and Kricketune. Serge, Lockpur, Trixie, Marvin, and Lauren. You can probably safely ignore the first three.>

Shaun and Lardna turn to Inka and Iggy and look at the pair having a friendly talk.

Teala blinks, a bit unsure of what is going on. She turns to Tracer, then realizing in the distraction her Trainer has managed to pulled some of the last poison stings off her.

Teala: <Great... now they decide to not hurt...>

Tracer smiles to Teala. "Apparently Maekrite's childhood is remembered quite fondly."

Teala is about to comment something about childhoods in the DST in comparison, but shuts up as she gets the impression it'd be a moment killer. She does grumble and narrow her eyes at the two training Nidorino laughing at Maekrite as Inka and Iggy offhandedly comment stories of a little purple furball trying to hone its little claws on the Blastoise's cannons about four years ago, though.

Maekrite, mortified, attempts to learn Dig.

Clockwise bends down and stares at Zero with wide eyes.

Zero:<I'm a Zorua! Look what I can do!>

-transforms into a Noctowl-

<OH!> Clockwise hops back, eyes growing even bigger. After a second, he opens his wings slightly and leans forward, turning his head to look at Zero from a different angle.

<You're a Noctowl! But you're not! I'm a Noctowl! You're little and furry!>

-Jeff decides to start packing up and traveling towards Goldenrod, as he figures that's where he'll have to meet with Silent-
