The dragon pauses to recall a rather regretful memory.

Stratus listens, wondering what Rayquaza is referring too, although it's easy to tell that it wasn't something he was overly proud of.

Mossdeep Beach, Five Minutes Ago

Ichtacya is trying to shoo the Pelippers.

Ichtacya: <Go away!> — goes to Iron Tail one of the Pelipper.

Pelipper -uses [Protect]: <Trolololololololol~> — hops around.

Ichtacya: <....Aaaaaaargh!> — waves head leaf — <Fine then!> — Quick Attacks the Pelipper.

...only to crash against a [Protect] shield again.

Ichtacya: <...Wait what? How...> — shakes head.

Pelipper #2 -had hoped before the first one to Protect it: <Trolololololololol~> — hops around.

Ichtacya: <...Rrrrrr~> — eyebrow twitches, tosses some Razor Leaves at the Pelippers.

...Only for them to be blocked by a [Protect] shield.

Pelipper #3 -had just walked by using Protect: <Trolololololololol~> — hops around.

Ichtacya bares her teeth and then charges at the third Pelipper. She leaps at him but somehow comes to rest above a [Protect] shield. She blinks, slips down.

Ichtacya: <....B-but...> — tilts head.

Pelipper #1 -had come around for a [Protect]: <Trolololololololol~> — hops around.

Ichtacya -paws the ground: <...This is so unfair!> — Energy Balls one of the Pelipper.

The Energy Ball is blocked by a [Protect] shield.

Ichtacya: <   ....Aaaaaaaargh!!!!!   >

Sierra: They didn't come to take Vyvyan away, did they...? (clinging to Vyvyan's arm) I won't let them! I won't let them try to use you for their plans!

Minun: (climbing onto Sierra's shoulder) <May I remind you that we'll still have to confront them to get Depthcharge and Buggle back?>

Sierra: Hmm... That's right... We need a plan.

The Airship

- Random female Ozone grunt 1 is now looking for one of the higher ups -

Ichtacya, after having tired herself out trying to attack the Pelipper, looks up to the sky, the Pelipper do as well.

Ichtacya: <....? What is that?>

Vaporeon: -catches up with Ichtacya-

-Decides that Team Ozone is obviously moving their aerial base so that the satellites cannot take a photo of it-

-Then decides to check where over Hoenn satelites are currently-

Stratus waves a paw back at the Salamence, unsure what to make of what he just said. To him, it sounded like he was invading somemon else's territory, a sentiment that Rayquaza shared.

Rayquaza: <Right, well I'm not sure if I entirely approve of that, Arceus knows what would happen if I tried to encroach on Groudon and Kyogre's domains, but that's not a huge issue.>

Rayquaza pauses, wondering what to say or do next. His skill when it came to conversation was obvious rather lacking, having spent so much time simply observing the world from above.

<...Tell me, Salamence, what do you do for recreation?>

Stratus: <...Huh?>

Rayquaza: <For fun.>

Stratus: <...Oh! I see...>

Yes. Team Ozone is keeping their base out of satellite sight. The only place not being viewed by satellites at the moment is Mossdeep. That and there's a news report about it.

Ichtacya turns to Vaporeon, catches up with her and points to the strange thing in the sky. Meanwhile the Pelipper return to their usual routine of trolling random trainers who are unlucky to not have a player character level, item distribution or AI.

Foreign!Salamence: <Oh... uhm, flying around and gathering territories is more or less how we live. Granted it gets boring after you've completed a region and there's no wild mon manly enough to take you down from the sky...> — tilts head — <perhaps you are right and I should try something different.>

Salamence looks to Stratus and then to Rayquaza, a bit surprised by the question.

Foreign!Salamence: <...Uhm really? Well... what we do is [battle]! Like, you know, showing off with attacks and trying to aim at each other, that kind of stuff.> — remniscences and becomes nostalgic for a moment — <Or jumping off cliffs, but that gets old once you can fly...> — grins — <Hey, my lord! Want me to demonstrate battle?>
