Katie: -may as well be flying, that's how happy she is-

-Is feeling rather calmer now, having something to do seems to have that effect-

Latias: -is enjoying the attention-

-Ends up with a highish ponytail-

Latias: How do I look? -swishes her ponytail-

Katie: -squeezes back, and has a very restrained smile-

Bed time soon. So I'll say good night now, for when I leave.

Gaia: <That may or may not be so, but these events are NOT good for Tagg's sanity, always having to worry about these things, on top of whatever else life decides to dump on him next since he thinks the world is out to get him. I've known him for years, I know what he's like. He'll never tell anyone how he's feeling, even if it's killing him inside because he can't trust anyone enough to open up, and I can tell everything that's happened is taking its toll on him.>

Secret Base

Fool: ...The events that have happened over the last few months are our own consequences... My major one being that the fact that Majora and Noir are all my fault from wearing that stupid mask in the first place... Even if I did wear it out of fear that I would never be able to show my face around anyone, especially Tagg, in that form...

And even if he never trusts me... I will always trust him. Yes, I should spend more time with him and less time being possessed by the newest menance on the block but I do cherish each time we are together without any of that...

But bottling up his emotions will lead to less trust amoungst the group towards him. His inner child cliamed about others wearing masks, but if he never shows his true feelings once in a while isn't he creating his own mask?

Fool takes a long, exasperated sigh.

Fool: I love him dearly... I just wish we could be together more often... and not be dragged away by threats or tourneys or whatnot... Maybe he would open up more if I spent more time with him...

- Is currently asleep -

-Me and Latias spend some more time talking, eventually falling asleep in the stands-

- Alduin is sitting by himself with his new plushie while Tiamat sleeps -

Alduin: We're gonna have so much fun together, Bahamut!

Bahamut: I bet we will. You're part of a nice group. A bit crazy, but nice.

Alduin: Speaking of which, I haven't seen that 49 guy in a while. What is he up to?

Bahamut: I'm not sure, but it probably has something to do with the fact he's a robot.

Alduin: WHAT?

Bahamut: I know, it sounds like a bad sci-fi flick, but it's true.

Alduin: How do you know this?

Bahamut: Because I'm actually a shape-changing deity from another multiverse. Granted, many of us talking plushies are - I think the Groudon might be, but the Salamence is just someone's subconscious - but I'm from a franchise that doesn't even exist yet.

- Beat -

Alduin: Hah! Good one!

Bahamut: I'm serious.

Alduin: Woah! AWESOME!

Bahamut: I'm not gonna interfere directly though.

Alduin: Why not?

Bahamut: Because 1. It would be literal godmodding, and 2. It's fun watching you mortals screw around :3

Alduin:... How does a plushie make a :3 face?

Bahamut: Just go with it.

(Ember is walking through the forest, looking for 49)

Ember: <Master, Master, where are you?>

(49's voice is heard offscreen)

49's Voice: I'm right here, monkey. Come to me.

(Ember rushes towards 49's voice and discovers... it's 49)

50: Hello, little chimp.

Pokeringer Arena

(49 is looking through the stands of the arena, trying to find Ember)

49: EMBER! EMBER! WHERE ARE YOU? (Hears a rather distant ape-like screech from far away) Oh no...

- Wakes up, to find Latias (in her human form) standing there, holding Marionette -

Latias: Hi DS! Look, I found your Banette!

Heh... Good morning to you too, Latias.

Marionette: <... Could you tell her to let go of me now?>

Last Night, Trophy Room

-Marmalade sighs and plops herself down in front of the Reflect, waiting for it to wear off-

This morning

-who knows? The events of last night rather determine the contents of the day-

Katie: -stirs awake, gives Forte a lingering look, then stands up to stretch- Oh, good morning, DS! Who's your friend?

-I check the standings for the Pokeringer competition-

Wow, a lot of us have been eliminated.

-I notice that Jet is still in the competition, as well as some of the other teams-

Hmm...It could be hard for us to get the Jade Orb if we keep getting eliminated...

Oh, hey there, Katie. This is the Latias I befriended during our adventure in Oblivia, disguised as a human.

Latias: Hi!

Katie: -surprised for a moment, then realizes that it's not all that unusual- Nice to meet you!

Latias: Nice to meet you too!

Katie: I like your hair. I wish I could grow mine that long.

Latias: Well, it's actually part of an illusion, but thanks!
