Hi. I'm sorry I didn't come back last night.
Oh, it's all right. I guess something came up?
My fanficNo, it's not okay. I promised you that I would come back and I didn't. Something did come up. -begins explaining to DS about Katie-
... Oh, really? You never told me you had a sister.
My fanficI don't like to visit that part of my past. It's too... I feel bad for leaving like I did. She was only five.
Hmm... I see.
- Puts my hand on Wolf's cheek -
But, you can make it up to her now, right?
- Smiles -
My fanfic-closes my eyes and sighs contently- Right. -smiles- Thanks.
No problem! I look forward to meeting her. If you'd like, I could tell her about our adventures together, if you feel a bit awkward about talking to her about certain parts of it... You know, like the time you got turned into a girl, or the time you got Heart Swapped with Anom.
My fanficOh geez, she's never going to believe any of that if I tell her.
...Then again, she's been spending all her time with Crewe, Mezzo, and Every, and if their stories are anything to go by, they've been in the Dream World a few times already.
Mikan Island Harbor
-It's early in the morning, and the sun has barely started to risen, bathing the island in early morning light. Even so, it's still rather dark.
The perfect time to be sneaking around, unnoticed.
Having just arrived about half-an-hour a go after a night's flight across the Orange Islands, Holly the Delta Garchomp is now sneaking through the harbor, trying her best to find the boat that not only had her partners have been imprisoned on, but where the Lugia was supposed to be, too.
So the plan was this: get on board undetected, spring Ferno, Tempest and Thyme, grab the Lugia, then get out before they could retaliate.
Holly: <Two Starly with one Rock. Perfect.>
-Smiling to herself, the Land Shark Pokémon quietly sneaks onto the docks, scanning the various boats docked at them.-
Holly: <Drat, there are so many. Finding the right one is going to to take...>
-Holly trails off, having come across a rather badly damaged boat, the most distinctive of the wear and tear being a large hole just above the water line. Upon closer inspection by the Garchomp, it looked like it had been inflicted by a rather powerful Dragon Pulse attack.-
Holly: -Let's out a sigh.- <You were never one for subtly, Ferno.>
-Unlike the Charizard, Holly put much more importance into Stealth. While Ferno would always rush in, burning everything in sight, Holly preferred to sneak in first, then strike. After all, a surprised foe is a foe that can't defend itself. That was her view on things, anyway.
Using her sharp claws to grip the metal hull, the Garchomp quietly climbs up the side of the boat. Just before reaching the railings, she peers over the edge, looking for any sign of the boats occupants. Thankfully for her, none of the peoplemons on board appeared to be early-birds.
Skillfully pulling herself up by flipping over the railings, Holly quietly heads over to the hatch leading below-decks where her partners were being kept. As quietly as she possibly could, she opens the door, then shuts it again behind her, so not to alert anyone of her presence.
The sound of snoring greeted her upon entry. Some from familliar sources, (Tempest was always so loud when he slept) others not, which worried Holly somewhat.
Cautiously, the Garchomp tip-toe's down the stairs, leaning against the right-wing wall to stay out of sight. At the foot of the stairs, Holly peered around the corner, spotting Ferno, Thyme and Tempest slumbering in their bubble prisons. However, the guards - A Dragonite, an Ariados, and a Gallade, were also asleep.
Not only that, but the Ariados and Gallade were wearing several bandages that looked rather fresh. Judging by the amount of them, it seemed as if they had sustained some serious injuries.
Hmm. Perhaps Ferno, Thyme and Tempest had put up more of a fight than she had thought?
No, that wasn't right. Although Ferno had a habit of getting carried away, Tempest and Thyme would never do more harm than was necessary. Whoever had inflicted those injuries, however, seemed like they had been aiming to kill.
Holly secretly hoped that she wouldn't run into the Pokémon that had caused them.-
Really?
- Chuckles -
Well then, seems like she'll adjust to our group's weirdness pretty quickly.
My fanfic-chuckles too- She always did have an overactive imagination. It doesn't surprise me that she has no problem with stuff like the Dream World.
Hmm... Sounds like she'll fit right in with the group!
- Thinks for a moment -
I guess there are probably a few things I should leave out when I tell her of the group's adventures.
My fanficYeah, probably. She's worried sick about me as it is. I could barely convince her not to follow me this morning.
- Nods -
Okay. Guess I'll leave out the parts about your death and power of love revival, anything involving the AU and possibly the parts with Anom getting injured while he was still in your body?
My fanfic-hugs her- That's probably a good idea.
...I never told you my first name, did I.
Hey Wolf.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!-nods- Wolf is my last name. My first name is Thomas. I figured I should tell you before Katie did.
Morning, Anom.
Thomas, huh? Well, that's a nice name. I'll keep calling you by your last name, though.
- Smiles -
- Looks over at Anom -
Oh, and good morning, Anom. Feeling better today?
My fanfic-smiles back- Thanks. The only people who use my first name are family anyway. And Steven, if he's trying to bug me.
-Wakes up-
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite. What are you laughing at? -is also laughing a bit, despite myself-
Hmm?
- Answers the door -
Oh, hi there, Wolf!
