-Crowbar heads up to Napoleons Room with the Midori Room Pokemon in tow-

-Crowbar bangs on the door with his bone-

<Crowbar>: <NAPOLEON! OPEN UP!>

-Napoleon opens the door-

<Napoleon>:<Hello everyone. May I help you with something?>

<Crowbar>: <YEAH! YOU CAN ANSWER WHY YOU SENT MY BEST FRIEND TO THE SKINNER!>

<Napoleon>: <To the skinner? Why Crowbar, I have no idea what you mean. What makes you think I sent him to the skinners'?>

-Crowbar tells Napoleon about the truck and what was written on it-

<Napoleon>: <Oh my! Why Crowbar, you are misinterperating the events! I most certainly did not send a good friend of ours to the Skinners'! The doctor who picked him up just acquired a second-hand truck that was used by a Fur Farm and Tanning company and didn't have the time to change it due to the urgency of the situation! Die is resting in a plushy hospital getting the best medical attention any Pokemon could ask for! I swaer my life on it!>

-The Midori Pokemon make a sigh of relief, except for Crowbar who doesn't believe Napoleon-

<Napoleon>: <Now if you don't mind, I think it's time that you and I get some rest. Isn't that a good idea?>

-There is unanimous agreement between both parties as they both retreat to their quarters, Crowbar is mumbling something and keeps his distance from the others for the rest of the night-

-Fool manages to say something-

-pauses for a moment, then nods-

Yeah, I can do that. Won't he, like, be suspicious if I try to talk to him? Or should I just not talk to him?

Anom and Gamer can meet later, Gamer.

-Keeps silent and nonintrusive-

If I'm right, then he's being held captive. He would probably appreciate anyone who doesn't work for Scolemis coming to his aid.

"I can put the Human Resistance's base in the swamp, so if you just write swampy stuff for a couple days we can meet up with you shortly. It was going to be in Hoenn anyway." Sounds good to me. Does that mean I can start writing?

Well that makes it simpler. I can do that, he gets help, I don't die, hopefully you don't die, we get rid of "Clair", and Epona doesn't yell at me for endangering my life! Everybody wins!

<Gligar!Vlad: "... So what do we do?">

"We try and slip in without being noticed as best as we can, and get out as soon as possible..."

-Notices a patch of lights with several large dark blotches off to the east-

<Shaun: "... What is that settlement?">

<Guy: "... That's Nimbasa...">

<Iron Marrow: "Why on earth would humans leave large parts of their settlements dark? It attracts fiends!">

<Teala: "... Because the fiends made those sections dark...">

-An uncomfortable silence passes over the group-

-Crowbar decides that he can't sleep, and decides to go on patrol instead-

-Nylon goes over to Sunny and Shadow-

Nylon: <Who is the blue-headed...um...human?>

Sunny: <Oh, that's Mezzo. She's our trainer.>

Shadow: <She's kind of got a lot on her mind right now.>

Sure the other you did horrible things, but you didn't do those things. That and well, you're our friend, and to me you're even more than that.

-Looks briefly at Anom as if to say "Back me up here, man." but notices that he's a bit too busy nursing his wounds-

-Is biting my lower lip, feeling the urge to yelp but shutting up so that Tagg and Fool can have their time to talk as if I weren't there-

Nylon: <Oh.>

<...>

<How does Every know her? I don't remember her from anywhere.>

-Fool hugs Tagg tighter-

But I still remeber doing all those horrible things! It'll never leave me to till the day I die!

-Fool takes a deep breath-

I just want to go home! Go back to Dewford and see my parents again! I know they're alive in this timeline... but why would they want a serial killer for a daughter...

-Fool continues to cry-
