I would've preferred to fight Luke later.

It might be best if you disappear for a while Hydreigon. I'm drawing up staying away plans myself.

-Walks up to Luke-

Good battle Luke. I only wish I'd fought you in the finals.

— That was such a good battle... it should have been the finals...

-Dintel, Maekrite and me reunite in a hug and sob and cry loudly, while Algira departs to the Pokémon center to wait for Helios-

So, looks like Tagg made it to the finals!

HotStuff: (nods) <Yeah! Good for him!>

-Pats Woolly on the head, then recalls her.-

Yeah...Thanks Tagg.

Lake: <Is everything alright out there? I can't really here with my head buried in the ground like this.>

Um...Hang on Lake.

-Manages to pull Lake out of the ground.-

Lake: -Shakes his head.- <What happened?>

-I whisper into his ear.-

-Lake takes a few seconds to take this information in, then bends down and gives me a hug.-

Lake: <It's okay. You did great...>

...Thanks Lake. You did great too. Come on, let's go and get everyone healed.

-To Tagg.- Good luck with Fool, Tagg.

-Me and Lake leave for the Pokémon Center.-

Sunny: <Wake up! Wake up!>

-yawns loudly and slowly stirs awake-

I'm not feeling too well, Sunny. This had better be important.

-Sunny points a paw at the TV, which is showing the conclusion of Luke and Tagg's match-

What? I missed the whole thing?

Sunny: <You were asleep for so long.>

-Algira flies wildly around the Pokémon Center-

Algira (to anyone and everyone) — <HEY! LISTEN! Have you seen a Volcarona? It's like this... and that... and very gentlemanly... and it's hurt... Anyone?>

-Is sitting in a corner of the Pokemon Center where the others are unlikely to see me as I wait for my Pokemon to heal-

- Walks around in the Pokémon center, looking around for Tagg and/or Luke -

HotStuff: (has managed to get rid of the banana peels she was carrying) <Not yet.>

-After getting my team healed at the Pokemon Center.-

Flare: <Sucks is an understatement. I can't believe it, we come this far only to get kicked out? Urgh.>

Pepper: <It's alright! We did pretty well. And we did beat Red...>

Unite: <But that doesn't mean nothing, now! I remember Gamer said that Luke would only be the best trainer if he won this whole thing! But that's not the worst part about this.>

Phantom: <Oh? What's the worst part, then?>

Unite: <LOOK WHAT'S HAPPENED TO WOOLLY!!!>

Woolly: <...>

Phantom: <What are you on about? She's being quiet, that's all.>

Unite: <THAT'S MY POINT!!! She's never quiet!>

-Unite lands near Woolly and gives her a hug.-

-Meanwhile I go with the rest of my team to look for Luke-

HotStuff: <Sure.> (let's go, somehow accidentally pulling my X-transceiver off in the process) <Huh...>

- I take the X-transceiver back, and puts it back on -

Well, it was a really great battle. You really are a great trainer, even if you're not the best trainer in the world.

HotStuff: <In my opinion, I don't think any trainer can truly be the best in the world, no matter how good they are.>

-A nurse comes back with my Pokemon, and I attach their balls onto my belt-

-Algira smooches Tagg swiftly, then turns her attention to the Pokébelt-
