Lake: <Aww, hey there, little guy...>

-Lake pets Torchic on the head, gently.-

<Milo: "... Is that Torchic blue?">

<Nadia: "Wait, do you see Tracer anywhere?">

<Audrey: "He's in the waiting room with Iggy and the stuck-up.">

Torchic: -Chirps- <Hi Lake. I'm a girl.>

- Listening to Artemis and Mira -

... A blue Torchic, huh? That's pretty cool, I guess.

Artemis: <Yeah, you should see it yourself!>

Hmm... Tomorrow, maybe.

Lake: -Blushes.- <Oh. My mistake...>

Flare: -Pets Torchic.- <She's such a clever girl, isn't she?>

Lake: <She sure is. Anyway, I have to help Nadia with something. So I'll talk to you a bit more later, okay?>

Flare: <Okay, great!>

Lake: -Too everyone else.- <So, Tracer's in the Pokémon Centre, then?>

Unite: <Apparently.>

Lake: <Right.> -To Nadia.- <Are you ready, Nadia?>

-Notices the blue Torchic-

Oh, so the egg hatched?

-Turns to Fool-

Yeah it did.

Torchic: -Walks over to Fool- <Who's this?>

This is my friend Fool.

-Lifts Torchic up to her level-

-flies to Hearthome-

-Goes to pokemon fanclub-

-Knocks on door-

Pokemon Fanclub person: Yes?

I have a package from- -reads box - "Poke Fan Monthly".

Pokemon Fanclub person: OOOOHHH! -Grabs box excitedly- Thank you very much, young lady. -Closes door-

Pokemon Fanclub person: -from inside- Hey Everyone! The new Issue of Poke Fan is here! - Cheering is heard from inside the building-

-Goes to Get next package from Mr. Goods-

-Finds the group-

I see that Tagg's egg has hatched.

-Relaxes on my bench, taking in the Jubilife sights-

-Pets the Torchic-

Aww... You're so cute~! And you're also... Blue?

I would let Sun come out to converse with another of her evolutionary line. But knowing Sun she'll probably call her names. Which would not get her on Flare's good side.

-Finishes my current chapter and heads out to find everyone else-

-To Lake-

<Nadia: "Normally I'd say 'no' right now... But you're with me... So let's end this...">

Lake: <Okay. There's no need to worry, I'm here for you.>

-Lake opens the Pokémon Center doors.-

Lake: <Hello? Anyone here?>

Flare: <No, it wouldn't, Fool.>

Yeah, it's kind of a side effect of her birth.

-Follows the others in-
