Fully cooked meat has a texture that generally seems peculiar to creatures from this line. That said, it's generally better to err on the side of caution. You should also consider looking into periodically giving Quetzal antibody supplements. Although she probably won't need it nearly as much as some other fossil Pokemon tend to, it will help to keep her better protected from modern pathogens and illnesses."
