Sorry, Jane, I should have specified. I used breeding like it's used in the anime (or at least, the early anime) where it's synonymous with "raising". You prefer taking care of your Pokemon, and helping them grow, than battling.

<Kat: "You've finally brought me back! For a while there I was getting worried that you had forgotten about me...">

"I'd never forget about you Kat, we've been through too much together..."

-Recoils in shock and assumes a battle position-

<Kat: "Wh-Wh-Who are you?! My trainer wouldn't have responded like that!">

"Kat... It's me... Tracer..."

<Kat: "Th-That's a lie! My trainer can only understand me somewhat through his Lucario, and she was sent back a week ago!">

"And I took Nadia in her place. And she had evolved just a few days before I did that and was deeply upset about it."

-Eases out of battle position-

<Kat: "So you really are Tracer?">

"Yeah, I am, Kat..."

<Kat: "But... How can you- How did you- What happened to you?">

"It's a long story Kat, I'll explain it later."

<Kat: "... So wait, who's with you right now?">

"I've got Shaun, Vlad, Milo, and Nadia with me, along with a teammate that you haven't met before."

<Kat: "Oh. Aren't you going to introduce me to this teammate?">

"Now's actually not that good of a time, Kat..."

-Suspiciously-

<Kat: "But you always like introducing Pokemon to others who are unfamiliar with them... What's wrong?">

"It's not that I don't want to, Kat, it's that Tangent kinda got himself into a little bit of trouble..."

<Kat: "What happened to him?">

"He wound up falling afoul of some Pokemon from your line from around here, and he managed to get two of his Pokemon captured in the process."

<Kat: "... What was he doing?">

"Oh just the normal snooping that everyone in the Project does..."

<Kat: "What, did he stumble onto their chunk of the local graveyard or something?">

"Pretty much..."

<Kat: "... Okay then...">

"Do you think that you can help?"

<Kat: "Well it really depends on how much Tangent's Pokemon upset the tribe that they got captured by... But as long as they didn't do anything phenomenally stupid, I think that I'd be able to at least put a convincing argument forward...">

"... Wait, so would it be a good idea to introduce them to the others?"

<Kat: "One thing at a time, Tracer. This tribe actually needs to trust us first. And if you've really got Nadia with you, it's going to take quite a bit of trust in order for them to assume that she doesn't mean harm...">

"Fair enough. We should probably get going..."

-Walks out to the ZERO-ONE, Basket flies overhead-

<Kat: "... Was that Basket?">

"Yeah, Tangent's coming with us..."

-Boards the ZERO-ONE-

"Did you want anyone to ride with you?"

<Kat: "Don't Milo and Vlad get restless in their Pokeballs? Maybe you should let them out, at least on the way over...">

"Hmm... Good point..."

-Lets Milo and Vlad out of their Pokeballs-

<Vlad: "KAT!">

-Lunges forward and glomps Kat-

<Vlad: "I've missed you so much, Kat...">

<Kat: "I missed you too Vlad... Now would you kindly set me back down?">

<Vlad: "Oh. Sorry...">

<Milo: "So, I see that you managed to talk him into letting us come with you.">

<Kat: "Hardly. We've got one shot at a first impression, and I don't want you or Vlad screwing it up.">

<Vlad: "Aww...">

<Kat: "But that doesn't mean that you can't be out for a while as we head over...">

<Milo: "Oh, fine...">

-Milo and Kat board the ZERO-ONE, while Vlad glides around it-

"There's apparently some sort of flight mode for this thing... I wonder how do I-"

-Sees series of switches with labeling for engaging the ZERO-ONE's flight mode-

-Puts the ZERO-ONE into flight mode and flies off, followed by Vlad-
