Couldn't believe it until one of my buddies called me up while going to explore a cave off of Route 20, said their mon were getting mobbed by patrats and purrloins. Doesn't take a genius to know those mon never work together in nature, so whatever's making them do this ain't natural," The musician explained to Hajime in the middle of tuning a bass.

Meanwhile Mark approached Roxie the Gym Leader, having the decency to wait for the current conversation to finish before asking, "You guys been hearing the news lately? Pokemon have been going crazy, swarming and harassing people's mons. I wanna know who or what's setting them off, and if you've got any ideas who to ask."

-Brie grins-

Brie: Yeah, total sense. It's a very...new experience. I think I sort of started taking it for granted, so it's nice bringing someone here.

-Kai giggles.-

Kai: Well, if there's any other "new experiences" you wanna take me on, I'd be glad to. You certainly know how to do it without it getting too weird.

Tae rolled his eyes, <You've been fine in this bunker for 2 months... You outfitted it with a fabricator and you've been improving your technology. How are you bored? You have a veritable nerd cave here.>

Silas eyed Tae, "Well that's just it, I'm getting antsy being stuck down here, I feel the need to move, like I did the first time I tried Mega-Evolution."

Amber spoke up, <Megan's doing fine, she went out and is off on her own adventures, what have you been working on here anyways? Beyond the obvious...>

Silas sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose, "I've been looking into a lot of things... what Jay did with Kaisei... the trophy... Delta. I think it's time I stop pretending and preparing... So I've had Bishop look into data transmission... the Hunter's guild."

Amber's eyes widened, <Dude I'm all for a good roasting, but do you think you can take them on yourself?>

"I'm not by myself... plus, no. I'm just aiming to debilitate and destabilize. Delta has a few hideouts in Kalos that store a lot of data... It's a bit crass but... I have plans."

Hacks let out a grumble, ~To think we went from Truth Hunters, to hunting for you, to now aiming to cause trouble.~

Silas let out another chuckle, "Nothing new there... the J-Team does raids all the time, we're J-Teamers... we raid."

He stopped and then smirked, "Oh and I've got something in mind. I haven't contacted her in awhile, should be fun."

Brooks stretched as she stepped into her office, "Hey Data," she said to her Magnezone as she passed by with a sandwich on a plate.

"Looking good Turing," she said to her Alakazam, who was currently monitoring several different feeds at once.

"Hey Zeta," Brooks said patting a Metagross as she sat down at her computer.

Brooks was the lead admin of Truthnfiction.net, hell she forged the damn site and for 6 years now she had worked hard to make sure her sight was free of fandom blight, a simple place where rules where enforced and people weren't total assholes and creeps. Simply a theory site about the ever elusive J-Team, nothing too major, nothing personal, just theories about the weirdness.

The first year of TNF was interesting, few people came and the Theories never got too big, the second year saw a big boom of people and suddenly the site had too many theories... this is where the rules came into place.

This is also where Zeta and Turing joined and started to help monitor and run things.

Third year was where things were cemented, the subforums were made and soon, it was a nice quiet site. The people were polite, though mostly because anyone who tried any of that typical fan-dumb attitude on the site was kicked and told to clean up their act.

It wasn't easy, the internet is vast and filled with idiots who just want to cause trouble. But Brooks was pleased with herself as she and her team fixed things up.

The really interesting thing was the fact that one of the members had since gone on to join the J-Team in the past few years, "CognitoMask" had joined the team and was actually willing to answer questions. Of course he had also become a astronaut and gone further than anyone there, so there was some jealousy.

Brooks took a bite out of her sandwich, jealous or not, he was still a member. Brooks chatted with him a few times, and even had him discuss theories for a charity stream a few years ago. People apparently said that he sounded dangerous because his voice never rose beyond a flat monotone, what could you do?

Surprisingly, Brooks saw something that she had not seen in awhile, a email from old Cognito.

Brooks had to roll her eyes at that, he was the same as ever, a total nerd.

Brooks sat there staring at the email for a good 10 minutes before finally typing up a response.

Brooks smirked, now she just had to wait on Silas to actually get back to her about that meetup.

-Kai giggles as well, lacking anything to particularly hide her face behind so she just sorta does her best to fake having a semblance of composure.-

Kai: That sounds really nice. I'd like that.

-Brie gives a sigh of relief, and smiles-

Brie: I'll keep that in mind.

-Kai smiles, and finishes off her sushi.-

Kai: ...This was. Really good. Thanks for, like, this in general.

-Pent takes in the sight of the boat in the carvern and ponders things-

Roxie hears Mark and turns to him, still working on her guitar.

Roxie: "Hm, so you're trying to get to the bottom of it too, huh? Well, I was looking into it with the local police a bit. Didn't find anything definitive, but they've got some suspects of who might be setting them up."

She offers a shrug.

"Don't know if I remember all of them, but you could try looking into stuff."

Jafar: <Hm...>

He inspects the batteries and the scribbles, seeing that they seem to be in an unfamiliar writing system to him.

Jafar: <Oh ho ho... these will do nicely after all.>

He looks at Enzo unimpressed.

There was another place I wanted to visit, but it's actually outside the city.

Route 4

Colt and Kazuma took their fair share of scrapes, Lucario moreso as he was isolated from them. He would have been forced to tap out if he didn’t make a last-ditch attempt to slam a Drain Punch into a Rabbid.

Colt drew his Night Slash Claws and made his own attempt to rake a Rabbid, while Kazuma fired off Cold Blood to snipe one of the remaining Supporters.

Agrabah

<No,> Roy spat. <They are our problem. It’s best we address them now.> He grabbed the Orange Scarf and placed it around his neck. The Sword of Seals manifested and was drawn. He held it to the sky and watched it gleam. “Am I alone?”

Rei, Xatu, Amaterasu, Talbain and Sunny were now present alongside the Fire Emblem character.

<Thanks for the tip!> Pichu the Second chirped as he ran off into an alleyway and bounded to the top of a building from the windowsills as stepping stones.

Pichu the First growled. <Hang on a second.

<Second, that's just rude!> He chased after him on the same windowsills.
