-It's at this moment that Dr. Ironspine's Tickle activates and leaves him open enough to get hit by Lo's Reversal and a flurry of other moves, including a Dazzling Gleam from Doc right in the chest-

-The blue Blaziken gets up close with a Close Combat, the mons trading blow for blow, before a recovered Ali scuttles over and smacks him with an Ice Hammer, augmented by Botuli's Poison Jab, Lucani's Bug Buzz, and Thresher's Iron Head-

Anatoly: -Is sent sliding back from the combined blows- <Argh!>

Cormac observes Muddy and Lev and predicts their path, and lunges at Lev with a Knock Off.

Finnegan throws the strange object near Tokarev, and inky black smoke fills the area.

-Kai smiles, flipping through the book. It's got notes on all sorts of Pokemon. Many of them are ones commonly associated with being powerful — especially Starters, as well as pseudolegendaries and Pokemon such as Volcarona — but plenty, like Gastrodon or Muk, are less notoriously threatening. The observations range from statistical data to notes about various physical attributes, including strengths and weaknesses in both combat and general not-immediately-battle-relevant skillsets-

Kai: I'm at the Battle Tower in Hoenn. Anabel and I alternate with heading the Tower, especially since she's been so busy with other work lately.

Nix: <Hmmmm, no, can't say I have. Most of the purple I've seen has been Kai or Anabel. But, I can totally keep an eye out! And make sure she does, too.>

Aztec Camera: -gets sent spinning by a Dragon Pulse, then returns fire at the Shadow Horsea with a Psybeam-

Nino: -chimes in with Elwind- Don't you dare!

Angel of Death: -Hones Claws- <   Where...   >

Legault: -is hiding behind a Stakataka leg, with defensive slashes on his arms, face, and torso and breathing heavily- I am not going to die here, not to that minion.

-Legault takes out a roll of black parchment - he must have stolen Channah's Fell Contract at some point - and hastily signs it with a bloody finger, letting it go. Instead of falling, it floats in front of him, its foreign script glowing a dark purple. A tall column of light instantly consumes his body, piercing the ceiling-

Angel of Death: -sees the light column and advances, giving the Horsea a wide berth- <   You...   > -suddenly uses Punishment-

-the column of light dissipates, leaving Legault, who looks much the same as before, but in a much-fancier assassin's garb, complete with superfluous belly shirt

Legault: -swiftly ducks out of the way and comes back with a sword swing, chipping one of the Weavile's claws- There, evened the playing field for us!

Angel of Death: -snarls and begins another round of attacks, this time matched more evenly in speed and viciousness by Legault-

Mira Protects against any errant Dragon Pulses directed towards herself or F!Robin, and Hector unleashes his Solar Blade while Sigurd reels from a Dragon Arrow, knocked down

Trees sprout up in the center of the room around Takumi, hopefully restricting his movement.

Morgan is going to regret this, probably. But also useful!

Cynthia is currently trying to stab at Takumi but is suddenly blocked by trees.
