While running to the bug-type, she primed a few more flares until the fires were about a third the size of her tails. <Of course, we're starting the fire! It was always blazing since we started razing!> She sang as she drew on her Charcoal again to create a Fire Spin wide enough to encompass a Celesteela, and powerful enough to make a Turtonator sweat a bit.

Meanwhile, Colton was alone and had made it to the floor below, only noticing he was alone when Julius came out and grabbed his shoulder. <Oh,> The Rock-type sighed.

Kaito: There we go! Easy enough, isn't it? We can handle security just fine, don't worry your pretty face.

-They turn toward the others, but primarily toward Anabel and Looker.-

Kaito: Looks like we're gonna be splitting the party. Z-Crystal is two floors above us, Pokemon are three floors below. I'm headed down since the team is a more personal matter, I recommend you two head upstairs with whoever else the Mewnium matters to.

Anabel: Noted. Now stop flirting with security guards please.

Kaito: Fine, fine! Wilbur, we're moving, just make sure that Machamp doesn't follow us.

Wilbur: <...Kaito, you're being weird.>

Kaito: A fruit company experimenting on a Mew Z-Crystal is weird! I'm just fitting the mood!

-Wilbur rolls his eyes and uses Psychic to toss the Machamp away before bounding off after them. Spectrum buzzes, Dragon Tails a Lilligant away, and speeds along in the same direction.-

-Anabel looks at the rest of the crowd. In the background, her Salamence slams a Torkoal into a bunch of crates, causing a load of fruit and fruit accessories to spill out.-

Anabel: All right, who's going up and who's going down?

Mason: ...I had almost forgotten the group I was getting myself into was one that deals with multiverse stuff on a daily basis.

Gregson: <Yeah... can't say I ever want to end up like that.>

-Brie frowns, watching Verax battle the Flarites-

Well I'm trying to figure out how to get everyone to duck without actually telling them to duck because he'd hear it and also duck?

-He just sorta Gasters one or two-

Once they're safely out of the way I can just spin this beam and hit them all!

Shun: I was referring to his inventions, not the man himself. Though I can't say I'd shed any tears were he confined to a cell for the immediate future.

Gregson: <Seriously? No reaction to the whole "another universe" thing?>

Shun: I am familiar with the nature of Fallers, Gregson. You were there for that particular briefing.

Gregson: <Really? Huh, must've nodded off. Perks of having gemstones for eyes: nobody notices.>

Verax: -He steps back a few times as she comes swinging at him- "Really? I'm insulted!"

-He twirls his staff and jabs it into the arm holding the axe, the end of it sparking as it discharges-

"This one will get us into the elevator. Crush the others."

Balthazar: -He roars, now back into the game, is hit by the heat wave and sustains relatively minimal damage, and responds by flying into the Crobat, using Outrage to tear into it and anything near by him-

-The Serperior and Beartic are struck and stagger back from the heat wave, and the Beartic is taken out, the Serperior rushes to the Lopunny and wraps around it to restrain-

-The Golisopod and Scizor are Discharge'd, and both Shadow Rush the Manectric-

-Ezran bends back under the shields and snaps her legs up and slams her feet into the grunts chins-

-Gordes, surprised, runs back around Ezran-

Ezran: "Alright, I'm not dealing with either of you." -She finishes through with the motion and flips backward, landing, pulling out her shotgun and blasting at the legs of the grunts-

The Manectric, Lopunny and Crobat all go down to the sudden rush of attacks, the Crobat in particular losing a wing to Balthazar's attack.

The grunts all scream in pain as the respective attacks on their persons occur, dropping their Infinity Tools and going down for the count. All except the grunt boss, who still has some moxie in her.

Neo-Flare Grunt #1: I... will not help.... you

She spits at Verax.

Her Lopunny in the corner itself is trying desperately to push itself up and continue fighting, despite being so torn apart by the barrage and rocking/twitching in pain. Almost as if it has no intention on stopping until the unwanted intruder is completely destroyed.

In a instant, he darted off, right into the base.

A few of the Illusions are taken out, Dreamblight darts over to Pentigan, "YOU'RE THE GRAND TARGET!"

He swung a fist.

A is hit with the attack and goes down, it gets up again, "Not down yet." A proceeds to toss a large boulder.

B however stretches, "Ready to try something new?"

-Jared and Jean rush in, but not before Jean blasts the non-head Grunts in the head with her blaster-

-Giselle and Trina sneak in, but not before Trina's eyes glow red and she snarls, crushing the Lopunny's Infinity Ball with Obscura claw constructs-

-Balthazar flies over and smashes the elevator-

Verax: "TIME FOR NOOOISE!"

-He runs and jumps down the shaft, rolling to a stop when he hits the ground, Ezran healing up her team and then following-

-Weskel, Jeremiah and Gordes jumped down the shaft and proceed ahead-

Verax: "ATTENTION ASSHOLES! TONIGHT'S ENTERTAINMENT IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY RANDOM ACTS OF VIOLENCE." -He shoots his contender into the ceiling and motions his team to move forward into the new area-

"Same drill, handle the cameras. Take out the guards. Also? Feel free to mow them down. I don't care any more."

Ezran: -Puts away the shotgun and pulls out ballistic knives- "Loud and clear, sir."

Weskel: -He giggles- "Alright!! Let's do this." -His Charizard breathes a wide swathe of flame down the hallway-

-Jeremiah and Gordes follow as well-
