(Wilhelm is sat behind his desk, well into a conversation with a certain aggressively red Magma "boss".)

Wilhelm: ...remember, you don't need stealth. You need to be a walking distraction. Draw their attention to you, put up enough of a fight to weaken them... then send out the fox. You should know what to do from there.

(Hephaestus, normally so verbose, just nods dully. His hands briefly brush his Pokeballs, settling on a scuffed Great Ball and a worn, aged ball of an elaborate design that resembles no Pokeball you could buy in a mart.)

Wilhelm: As for me? I'll be off on a little personal errand~

(A certain red-haired man Frieden may recognise is somehow waiting for him mere feet away, unable to hide the sly smirk on his face.)

Aether Paradise

(Any Grunts on patrol may notice a bright red speedboat, covered in Team Magma logos, heading for the Paradise docks at high speed. For the record, no, there was no scheduled meeting with Magma members today.)

Alyesha: "Heh, and he's a real nice addition to my team, you have to listen to one of his old stories once, I think the only thing he can do better than telling stories would be singing shanties - I enjoy hearing either."

(A Poke Ball flies through the air without him appearing to touch it. Out pops a Mienshao, who glowers at Notorious.)

Wilhelm: Anyway, this is Embla. Depending on your Sandile's actions, she shall either be a wonderful new friend for him or a source of much pain.

(Embla looks far more enthused by the second idea than the first.)

Aether Paradise Docks

(From out of the now docked speedboat emerges a truly outrageous-looking man. Every single thing he wears, from the platform shoes that barely hide his diminutive height to his long, flowing robes to the grimacing tribal mask that hides his face, is an eye-burningly loud shade of red. His gait is ridiculously exaggerated, the pose he strikes when he speaks - in a voice clearly deepened by a mechanical filter - something straight out of a certain manga.)

Hephaestus: Greetings and salutations, o valiant associates of the Aether Foundation! I, Hephaestus, have not sufficiently exquisite words in my vocabulary to express my joy at the presence of a welcome party of such tremendous size!

-Frieden walks up to Notorious and picks him up like a cat. Notorious looks at the Mienshao and laughs.-

Unbelievably sorry about not being able to respond to the situation, I had school.

Having overheard their conversation about Aether Paradise - as well as feeling like he could bother to learn who that boy in the rather cool-looking jacket was - Colton mused over what he would do.

He eventually decided, grabbing his most blemished Pokeball and casually lobbing it. He catched it at the same time Helmsman landed.

"I know this might seem ambitious, but do you think we could trail the boat they're gonna take?" He asked.

<From here? No thanks!> Helmsman returned, only to be somewhat confused at Colton's shocked expression.

"D-did I just understand you?" Colton asked.

<You understood Silvally,> the Samurott noted.

"I assumed that was because he was man-made, like Mewtwo!" Colton returned.

<Well, that's just one example, so no real points there.> The Formidable Pokemon sniped.
