I couldn't find anything about Ultra Beasts; sorry.>

-Mendel claims his luggage and heads out side. Hertz and Pearl releaing themselves from their Poke balls.-Pearl: <So what was that thing Professor Silent said he wanted you to use while we're here?>
-Mendel takes an oddly shapped package out of his backpack.-
Mendel: I don't know. He said to not open it until we got here.
-Mendel opens the parcel. Inside in a tablet like devive with a triangular shape on the top. A folded over note taped to the spike. Mendel detatches the note and reads it, his eyes growing wilder and more excited as his pupils move to the bottom of the note.-
Mendel: THIS IS AMAZING! THIS WILL GO RIGHT ALONG WITH OUT TRANS—
Hertz: <Careful, Mendel.>
Mendel: Oooh. Right. My bad. Anyway!
-Mendel holds the tablet out towards Hertz.-
Mendel: You need to possess this in order for it to be fully functional, Hertz.
Hertz: <Okayyyy...>
-With a zapping sound, Hertz zips into the device. Moments later, Hertz's eyes appear on the screen and the device sprouts phyiscal arms in the shape of a Rotom's "arms" and two stubby feet. A a progress circle appears on the LCD screen as Hertz begins to talk in a slightly synthesized-sounding version of his normal voice.-
Rotomdex!Hertz: This. Is. Amazing. The tech in this lets me manipulate this pokedex on a level I could never do on my own while possessing other electronic devices. I can see why Professor Silent wanted us to... Why are you all staring at me?
Mendel: Incredible.
Pearl: <It's like how Gamma used Mr. Clavis' tablet to synthesize his voice.>

-The Velvet Room has taken the appearance a large library that expands vertically rather than horizontally, with blue carpeting and oaken desks with blue lamps. At the center of the the main area is an ovular oaken counter, sitting under a glowing blue sign reading "Help and Check-outs" sits Igor.-Igor: Welcome to the Velvet Room. What can we do for you today?
Mendel: I need to know if it is possible to scan the Collective Unconsciousness with Nostradamus in order to seek out any other Guardians like Mikutratani-no-Kami and Hi-no-Kagutsuchi.
Igor: If you have an infinite life span, I would say "yes". But we both know that isn't the case. I assume you expected that answer, and have a follow up?
Mendel: Not that exact response... But failing a sudden change in my mortality, can I use a focus to help find what I looking for?
Igor: -smiling as he wiggles is eyebrows- It's good to see a guest who asks good questions. Yes what you think is possible...
Mendel: Yes...?
Igor: But you lack the focus.
Mendel: Of course. Do you have a focus I can use?
Igor: -sighs- Once again, I spoke to soon. If there was a focus in this place, I would have offered it as that was something you sought in order to fulfill the contract.
Mendel: Then it's hopeless.
Igor: Now I don't think I said that. I simply said, "you lack the focus".
Mendel: What.
Igor: -shaking his head- I mean while you lack the focus, it is someone you met on journey thus far, and...
Mendel: Wait. "Someone"?
Igor: Yes. The one you seek with a connection to the Collective Unconsciousness. Is currently in reality.
Mendel: Can you tell me where they are?
Igor: I can not. They currently exist in a fate different from you and you Fellow contractors. Hence, I can not interfere with their fate beyond telling you that they exist and what plain of existence they are in. To give you more than that would be to bring my master's masters' wraith down upon us.

Mendel: Can you at least send me to a location near to where they are if possible?
-Igor tilts his head in thought. Before wiggling his eyebrows.-
Igor: I believe that is doable.
-Igor waves his hand, and the door Mendel entered through disappears. Igor waves his hand in a reversed direction, and a new door appears where the old one was. The new door opens and it's frame shows nothing but a pale white expanse.-
Igor: If you exit that door, you will be somewhere near the one you seek.
Mendel: Thank you Igor.
Igor: Once you bring their fate in line with you and the other contractors, I will be able to garutee their protection.
-Mendel nods before exiting through the door...-

Subject: CU Scanning Successful
Well after weeks of working I was able to find a way to scan the CU. It's probably best if we discussed the finer details in a conference call or in the Velvet Room. But to lay down the major points:
- There are three distortions in the CU that were likely made by Guardians.
- Two are actually vastly different from the other distorted areas and from each other.
- The other is very similar to the distortions made by MnK and HnK.
I'd normaly ask for us to talk today, but scanning the CU has worn me out. Please reply with when you like to meet and any initial responses. As long as I get my rest in today, I'll be good with a meeting of some sort tomorrow.

Well. That's a lot of bombshells for just three bullet-points. I agree with Mendel. A proper discussion is necessary to determine our actions from here. I'm going to try to challenge the Ula'ula Kahuna today, so I'm also better off with a meeting tomorrow or later.
Oh, wow, that's great news! I'm curious what's up with those other things, but we can talk about that later, yeah.
