Mitch: "No, a decorative set would've been much cheaper and easier to make, since you don't have to worry about how it cuts. It was a bonafide sword and shield, both of which were very deadly, and it seems little Pippit here is interested. I should also mention that learning how to handle a deadly weapon like that takes years of practice, and if you aren't smart, lost limbs."

PEFE HQ, a researcher's bedroom

Stillness. Eerie stillness. That's what one would find should they open the door and look in, something nobody's done in a long time. It's not that the room never sees use, in fact it's still in disarray from the last time its tenant was present. The bed is unmade as if someone had just gotten up, yet dust coats the headboard. An even dustier desk has notes and a half-finished rough draft of a report strewn upon its surface, along with a cell phone in major need of a charger. A Poké Ball sits under a messenger bag propped next to the desk, shielded from the dust.

The stillness is broken by a beam of energy emerging from the ball, the form of a Mightyena materializing in the room. The red-eyed hyaenid sniffs around, whimpers, and returns to its ball.

Once again, stillness dominates the room.

-Pent nods and rolls his shoulders before focusing. It takes a moment for something black to cover one of his hands, which he smears into a roughly human-sized patch on the wall next to the door. The coating settles after a moment, its surface speckled with white (likely from the gossamer over everything in this city)-
Do you feel it closing in? The weight of the verdant?
W-would of been less taxing with the shadowsplat rig but this works... I've got my recall set.
Moments grow chill in the coldest air, go north.
-He looks a little strained from the effort before wandering down one of the available pathways-

It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.
