Imamu: Huet is by far one of, if not the youngest of us here. I have been reluctant to allow him to go back into the outside world for more then short book trips. I know that it is not fair for me to restrict him so. Normally I would never ask anyone this, but seeing as you have survived so far, I have deemed you to be a capable lot. So, my condition is that one of you, or your missing companion, take Huet with you. I ask this against my better judgement, but this is perhaps the only chance I am willing to take.

-Huet practically bolts from the corner and begins circling the group excitedly-

(Uzuri is struck, but presumably mostly tanks it, since this is supposed to be based on a JRPG and everything is thus stupidly durable. She staggers for a millisecond, but quickly resumes riddling the armoured behemoth with projectiles.)

Lucius and Alice are sat outside a cafe, the latter sipping tea whilst the former is reading through a local newspaper. He appears to be slightly less skeletal than he was a few weeks ago, although he could still quite easily fit through a wrought-iron fence with minimal effort.

Lucius: ...I'm starting to understand why print media is dying. Who reads this stuff?

Lucius: Yeah, but only because it beats staring at a wall whilst you finish your drink. The reporting is horribly biased, the sports section might as well be written in Kalosian, and just look at the horoscope for Cancer.
