-Rill dives on top of Anja and shields her as both the hostile Swampert and the Politoed come down on her from differing angles, sending Rill popping away like a bottle cap due to the angle and force of the blows. Anja continues dancing, the volume of her headphones increasing.-

Kitsune: -floats six coins towards the Krookodile- <Yep. Six on Dune totally wiping out his father's team with out losing a single mon of his own.>

Rio: -placing five coins on the Stand- <Five on a Double KO on the next exchange.>

-Ren sighs at his party.-

-Meanwhile...-

Chris: Dammit! Double Waterfall! On the Swampert!

Dune: Anja, Quiver Dance! Rill, COUNTER!

Chris: DAMMIT, NO!

-The two hostile amphibians slam into Rill in sequence, doing huge chunks of damage, but not enough to knock him over.-

Rill: <TRAP CARD, BITCH!>

-Rill grabs them one after another and RKO's them outta nowhere.-

Dune: YES!

-Anja is still dancing, the music growing louder and louder.-

Shade puts two grande on Dune.

"Dune will win."

Roselia Garden

Shade walks in and sees his family. His dad is dressed the exact same way minus his sunglasses. He is also the sport's image of is son, except older. He also has deep Brown, soft, and intelligent eyes, and his smile indicates years of happiness. His mom has a dark tan, very curvy as well. She is wearing a turquoise dress with a white pearl necklace and short heels. Her eyes are also Brown, but also shine with humor and joy. Shade's grandparents are dressed in casual ranch wear. The kind cowboys and cowgirl wear to town on a day off. They both have white hair, but they are also smiling with glee, and give off an aura of good humor, joy, and wisdom.

"Hey Mom,Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, how are you!!"

The Wilson Family group hugs their Grandson.

Shade's dad, James, quickly asks about his new friend. He does so in a very smooth, intelligent voice.

"Who is your new friend son."

"This is Jack Dad, Jack, come over here and meet my dad."

Decisions were made regrets were had.

-Jack walks up to him and shakes his hand-

"Jack lets hurry before my grandparents start, I can't believe they have already started...."

-The rain is still coming down hard around the Politoed.-

Chris: Ice Punch! Ice Beam! Take out that Lilligant!

-The enemy team rushes down to Anja.-

Dune: Rill, bodyblock and Blizzard! Anja, keep dancing!

Rill: <Heh, least I know this pain'll be paid back...>

-Rill jumps in front of the pair of ice attacks, taking a punch to the get and a beam to the face. He struggles to pull off the Blizzard, but goes down thanks to the two rain-boosted Waterfalls from previous.-

Rill: <Hey, Anja... you need... more bass...>

Anja: <Oh Arceus YOU'RE RIGHT!>

-Anja spins a dial on her music player, and the music becomes even more clear.-

Dune: Rill, return! Who wants up next?

-A pink shine bolts forward.-

Candace: <I'll take point! C'mon maggots, I want you to hit me!>

-The Swampert and Politoed both blink.-

Psyche blinks. ~Dammit, there goes that bet. Ah well, do I get partial credit if he punches his dad in his face after the fact? ...Can I punch his dad in the face after the fact? You can keep the money if I can.~

-The two amphibians, not having a clear target between the two, go after the Crobat. The Ice Beam is dodged, but the Swampert closes in, and...-

Swampert: <Hah.>

-Candace glares over the Swampert's knuckles.-

Candace: <What's wrong, maggot?! I TOLD YOU TO HIT ME!>

Dune: Quiver Dance! Brave Bird!

Candace: <LEMME SHOW YOU HOW TO HIT!>

-Candace accelerates on a dime and drives both the Swampert and her into the ground, knocking him out on the spot.-

Swampert: <Ow.>

Politoed: D=

Chris: The hell...?!

-Anja's music seems to be making her deaf to all but the song.-

-A towering while ursine Pokemon enters the field already lunging at Anja. The Politoed fires a beam following.-

Dune: Candace! Intercept! Anja, once more!

-Candace, eschewing any offensive maneuvers, rushes down and barely gets ahead of the Swift Swimming Beartic. She's sent flying and tumbling, before being hit by the Ice Beam... and freezing.-

Dune: Dammit. Candace, return! Now-

Champloo: <It's time I stepped back into the kitchen.>

-Champloo, who was hiding in the back, does a somersault over the group, lands next to Anja, and tightens his headband.-

Champloo: <Let's get cooking.>

-Chris balks.-

Chris: Champloo?!

Beartic: <Wait, should we know him?>

Politoed: *Shrug*

-Anja's music goes deathly quiet. She slowly takes off her headphones and drop them, disconnecting them from the music. Everything goes quiet.-

-Time seems to slow.-

-The Beartic is ten steps from Anja.-

-Wait, what?-

-Shield.-

-Wait, a shield?-

-Oh, that's a Quick Guard.-

-OH, THAT'S A QUICK GUA-

-The Aqua Jet hits the shield.-

-The shield shatters back at the Beartic.-

-The Beartic recoils, his momentum stopped dead.-

-The Lucario with the head and arm bands rushes at the Beartic.-

-Pain.-

-So, so much pain.-

-The Beartic is sent flying, batter, bruised, and definitely unhappy with it's life choices. Champloo strike a pose.

Anja: <Step to the beat!>

-To the beat of the music, the rain pulsates as flower petals intercept rain droplets mid-fall and impact the Politoed with the force of six Quiver Dances. It never gets the Ice Beam off.-
