-The Misdreavus floats near the entrance to the manor. Jason is actually standing just outside.-

-The Zorua girl glomps a Sylph.- Miki! :3

This Morgan is so lucky. She has so many friends, and a family. I wish this were my life...

-Sylph is glomped!-

Sylph:<Morgan! Mari! Hello!>

-She nuzzles the Zorua girl.-

<Would you like to walk outside? It's so nice out!>

-Morgi nuzzles back.-

Same here, Mariko! It feels like ages since I've heard from you, how've you been?

-Floats past Jason, who is leaning on the wall, wearing his Magnolier.-

-As they leave, Jason sweatdrops.-

Lina: We got you a couple presents from all of us.

-They hand him two boxes-

Robin: Oh?

-Opens one-

-It contains a white Pokedex with blue lights and the PEFE logo on it.-

Umbra: That's a special device from an organization I work for called PEFE. You can scan and pull up information on any Pokemon with it, straight from their database.

Robin: Oh, thank you!

-opens the next one, it's a Poke Nav Plus-

Arika: That's a device made by a local corporation. It's got all sorts of cool features.

Robin: -fiddles with it- Wow!

Nico: -hands Robin another box- This is from my girlfriend!

-Robin opens it; it's a copy of Pikmin 2 with a Game Cube memory card and a note:-

Umbra: I love that game! Still need to get further in the sequel.

-Robin looks up and smiles widely-

Robin: Thank you all so much!

-pauses-

...I feel... Strange. Like I'm more important somehow.

Lina: Getting a bunch of gifts will do that to you.

Robin: -laughs-

I've been amazing! Jason's been training me so well, and I get to talk to Hikaru whenever I want! I'm really getting used to being a Pokemon again. What about you, Mari?

I've been alright. Just looking out for little Morgan. She's going to be attempting a gym run soon with her team.

-A scrawny young girl (who is actually a Zorua in disguise) is stealing berries from the Ameno family orchard. A seemingly familiar scene. And much like last time, the little girl is being watched.-

-The Zorua girl bares her teeth and growls at the older boy. But seeing as he's about twice her size, she takes the fruit she's gathered and tries to run.-

-Elsewhere in the manor, and Arcanine's ears perk-

Ammon: <You hear that Blitz?>

Blitz: "Yeah, I hear it..."

-The sound in question just happens that of lots of rustling and the occasional thud, it's quickly apparent that the sound is the result of a Clefairy clinging to a Rufflet as the bird batters with his wings while the two roll around in a desperate, if unorthodox, battle for supremacy-

Tomahawk: <Hah! You call that tough? No wonder you make little girls cry, they're the only ones who'd believe it!>

Mondo: <That's not how it happened and YOU KNOW IT FEATHERDUSTER!>

-The sight is enough to cause both Arcanine and Trainer to facepalm simultaneously-

-One brief struggle later and Blitz is holding a resistant Mondo in his arm while Ammon has Tomahawk pinned under his furry paws-

Blitz: "That's enough! Are you two going to tell me why you're fighting when we're guests in a big, fancy, expensive and slightly haunted house? Or am I going to have to put you both in time-out?"

Mondo: <He started it!>

Blitz: "Did I ask who started it?"

Tomahawk: <Hah! Now you're gonna be in even bigger trouble!>

Mondo: <Why I outta-!>

-Tomahawk squawks as Mondo tries to lunge for him, bit the Clefairy doesn't get anywhere with Blitz holding him back and the Rufflet is soon recalled-

Blitz: "Ugh. Fine, one-on-one it is. Now what's this about making little girls cry?"

-one quick explanation, and Mondo is staring at the floor while Blitz has his eyes closed and the bridge of his nose pinched between thumb and forefinger-

Blitz: "Seriously? You made Ignia cry?"

Mondo: <Didn't mean to, wasn't trying to yell at her>

Blitz: "Did you at least try to apologize?"

Mondo: <Didn't get a chance to, she ran off>

-Blitz sighs-

"Mondo, I don't know what you've got against being called fluffy, but everyone I know considers that a compliment. And look at Ammon, he's the fluffiest pokemon on the team"

-The Arcanine grins wolfishly-

Ammon: <And I can still give you a beating during training!>

Mondo: <...Sorry...>

Blitz: "I'm not the one you should be saying that to. We're gonna have to talk to Lane and Ignia about this soon"

-Mondo doesn't have any words, he just nods dumbly and follows the sight of Blitz's heels and Ammon's tail as they start to head off-
