Jenna: Blast Burn is one of the most powerful moves in existence. I can't just go teaching it to anyone unless they can demonstrate that they have a very strong bond with the Pokémon that can learn it. I don't want to be held responsible for anything that would happen if I taught it to this Blaziken, and then he decided to disobey you.

-Jenna looks to Lulu, who is trying to roast another passing Hoppip-
