Although he prefers not to fly in stormy conditions such as this, Ho-oh presses onwards towards Mt Layunda, his Safeguard barrier stopping any stray Lighting bolts from reducing him to fried Ho-oh.

After pushing through the Thunderstorm, the massive bird touches down on the mountainside. As soon as he's landed, Ho-oh scans the area, looking for any signs of us.-

Ho-oh: <Hmm, Curious. That rock formation over there bears a striking similarity to Jane...>

-Apart from that, Ho-oh sees nothing of interest here and decides to head deeper into the island.-

If you do take off his shirt, Wolf has several scars and healed burn marks from various missions. I've been thinking about telling you about some of them.

Jane, Sniffles' Pokeball is the fourth one on my belt. Use her.

-Zapdos closes the cleared pathway and catches up to Moltres and Articuno-

Articuno: -Lifting the helmet- <Yeah Zapdos.> -Smile-

Moltres: <Have you been practicing that?>

Zapdos: <Yep! Even managed to make some cool shapes out of individual bolts!>

Me: That's... Actually rather cool.

-Catches up to Pentigan-

-pulls on Sniffles' pokeball and plucks it off the belt. Right on cue, Latios comes back with the bucket, filled with water from the ocean-

Yeah, all that's left is to get Lugia and then defeat some Pinchers.
