-Holly looks at each of the two fossilmons, and teleports onto the back of the Archeops.-
Archeops: <AUGH GET IT OFF GET IT OFF>

-The Archeops starts flailing in an attempt to get Holly off of it.-
Aerodactyl: <Hehehe… what an idiot…>
Fawkes: <Bah, I don’t need to use stupid tricks! I can beat you up all on my own!>
Aerodactyl: <Feel free to try, lunchmeat… hehehe…>
-They take off and fly down next to the rock wall.-

Just as Duke was running towards Herbert, the door right next to the terrified boy opens and is slammed on Duke's face. Knocking him out pretty much instantly, from the room comes out Hikari in a polka-dot pajama, complete with hat and a Azumarill plushie.
She yawns "Man, I'm trying to sleep... Can't you do your chase sequence somewhere else?" she said, rubbing her eyes and seemingly not noticing what just happened.

-Holly keeps her grip on the flailing Archeops-
Archeops: <Why won't you let go?!>
Holly: <I'm not exactly inclined to make things as convenient for you as you want.>
Archeops: <I know, but... still!>
Holly: <I'm going to ignore you now. ~Hey, hothead, are you there?~>
Fawkes: -dodges another snap of the Aerodactyl's jaws- <Yeah?>
Holly: <~Keep blockjaw occupied while I deal with birdbrain here.~>
Fawkes: <Who are you calling "birdbrain"?!>
Holly: <~...The Archeops.~>
-The aforementioned Archeops crashes into the side of the rock wall in an attempt to get Holly off of him. It fails in doing anything other than hurting himself.-
Archeops: <Aah!>
Holly: <Keep it up, genius.>
Route 7
-Dune is twirling the Eighth Wonder around (gently!) when Deziree comes back, a smile on her face.-
Dune: Find out what the explosion was?
Deziree: Yep, and I got a new teammate! His name's Doofenschmirtz.
Dune: That's a really long name. Ah, well. Let's keep going.
-Meanwhile nearby, an Amaura and a Petilil stand triumphantly upon a mound of unconscious Hoppip.-
Cyllage Gym
-The Archeops keeps trying and failing to hit Holly against the wall. Eventually, it wears itself out too much.-
Archeops: <Urk… You… ugh…>
Holly: <This is it for you, birdbrain.>
-She smacks it in the face, dealing that last tiny bit of damage to it.-
-The two start plummeting toward the ground.-
Holly: <~All right, hothead, keep him right there.~>
Fawkes: <Why should I— >
Holly: <~Just do it!~>
-Fawkes sighs, and starts circling the Aerodactyl-
Aerodactyl: <Hehehe… chasing your own tail isn’t going to do anything to me…>
Holly: <It’s not supposed to.>
-Holly and the Archeops come mere inches to hitting the ground…-
-...when Holly teleports them to directly above the Aerodactyl. She jumps off as the Archeops crashes down on its partner, sending them both spiraling down to the ground.-
Holly: <Catch me!>
-Fawkes swoops in and catches Holly before she falls the same way. As the prehistoric mons crash to the ground* , both Holly and Fawkes start to glow. The glow fades as they land on top of the rock wall.-
Grant: ...Wow. You’re even better than I thought you’d be.
Eskay: Nah, don’t compliment us. Seriously, don’t. We barely did anything.
Grant: Even so… you managed to win this with the help of your Pokemon. You definitely deserve these.
-He gives Eskay and Alli each a Cliff Badge, as well as a Rock Tomb TM-
Grant: I’m sure you know the drill. Rock Tomb traps the enemy in rocks, and can lower their speed.
Eskay: Right, thank you, Grant.
Alli: Bye!
-They head down and leave.-

She then looks behind the door and sees the uncounscious Duke
"Oh no..." she then looks back at Herbert "Maybe you should get some rest and forget what happened here...?" she suggested.
"Thanks. You gonna be at the concert next month?"
The lights come on, and the room is decorated with PICKLES.
