I'm so sorry DS. Cynthia trusted Anom with a Manaphy egg, but it was a secret, and then the Manaphy hatched but we were attacked by Pinchers and the Manaphy got scared and used Heart Swap on us, and then the Pinchers stole it, and we couldn't tell anyone what happened because Anom promised Cynthia.

We need you to not tell anyone, and to help us keep up the charade. Just temporarily. We plan on telling everyone but, well...if we tell everyone at once, it will be rather difficult to keep control. You saw what just happened with Jane.
