Crow: "Well, we're here now, so any ideas on how to find the lab?"

Ammy: -to Herbert and Tagg- <The battle was won. It's time.>

-Meanwhile, Lina, Chrome, and Kaguya have dressed their wounds and are formulating an attack plan for Dragnor-

Forest Lab

Fembra: We're gonna make you pay for torturing innocent mons.

Seishirou: <And I'll be the one delivering the payment.>

Nyuki: <Let's not get too gory, please?>

Island Lab

- Fuuma and his passengers hover over the lab-

Dune: ... You guys remember the Skarmory nest?

Galvani: <Yes.>

Rill: <Yeah...>

Hildr: <No.>

-Dune cracks his knuckles.-

Dune: Looks like we're giving a repeat performance. Ajax, Dom, take point. Hildr, stick with Selene. Everyone else, you know what to do.

-The team readies themselves.-

Peon: "Open fire!"

A variety of moves comes blasting out of the dust cloud.

"AH HA HA HA!"

Clan Warden charges, fists and wings swinging, beams blasting, and shots fired.

Above

Zeta and Clan Bismarck wait for an optimal time to strike.

-To Crow-

It's right on that cliff.

-To Ren-

Yeah, go ahead. We'll meet you inside.

-looks around-

Now where would the entrance be...?

-That Latias from earlier appears-

Latias:<Oh! Oh! I know where it is!>

-She shoots Mist Ball at the center of the H on the helipad. It opens up, revealing a stairs down to a platform elevator-

...Uh, thanks?

-The Latias makes a ^_^ face, randomly hugs Caliburn, then flies off-

Caliburn:<...That is one strange Latias.>

Holon City, hospital

Fortis: So let's go on our adventure!

I told you, I'm not going anywhere. I want to make sure Every gets better.

Fortis: But I'm bored!

-at that moment, another voice comes on through Mezzo's Transceiver-

Pianis: Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3...

Huh?

Pianis: Piano, can you hear me?

Uh, yeah. What, did that little bird tell you about these things too?

Pianis: ...While I suppose that's technically correct, that's not a very nice way to refer to your sister.

Fortis: Hi, Pianis! Yay, you got yours working too!

-Clan Hudson (working title? Possibly) also fires, punches, electrocutes, Sleep Powders, Quiver Dances, and what have you-

Emma: Same thing! And be...

-Emma's Mons charge forward, leaving her in the dust-

Avia - Around 600 years ago

-Herbert sighs, then heaves himself to his feet.-

Herbert: Right then. I suppose I'm as ready as I'm ever going to be. Let's get going, then.

Distant Island Chain

-Kirk blinks at the Latias.-

Kirk: <...Well, that was easy.>

-He and the rest of Herbert's team pile into the elevator.-

Leia: <Um... there's not a lot of s-space in here, is there...>

Elan: <Don't worry, we'll all fit! Somehow.>

-Ren and his team line up-

All right everymon! Gamma Hyper beam! Everymon else, round!

Gamma blasts the Door as the rest of Ren's mon start to sing-

-Ren team marches though the door singing all the way-

Forest Lab

-A shroud of sand charges into the gap, engulfing part of the clearing cloud in obscuring dust once again. A certain Tyranitar uses the buffer produced by the sand to weather the ranged attacks and barrels through with Big Dom quick behind.-

Garuda: <Selene, mark any targets you deem a threat.>

Selene: <Right!>

-Behind the two largest team members comes Galvani, Garuda, Selene and Rill. Dune tails the group with Hildr at his side, staying just inside the sandstorm to remain shrouded, his scarf over his face and Go-Goggles on.-

-Straw and co. get in the elevator as well, and once everyone else is inside, the platform descends, stopping in the middle of the island. The Cipher Peon controlling the elevator doesn't even look at them, distracted by [Galaga analogue]-

Peon:Mmmhmm, this must be that shipment of parts we needed. Just bring it down to the storage level. -opens the door-

...If I ran this place, that guy would have been fired by now.

Forest Lab

-SleepyHead puts up a Reflect while Yuuya puts up a Light Screen-

-Volcamel sneezes out an Ember at someone-

Distant Island Chain

Crow: "Well, that was helpful."

Mandrake: <Onwards!>

-Everyone gets in the elevator, then rides it down-

Crow: "That was helpful too."

Distant Island Chain, Cipher Lab

Kirk: <...Well then, I think we should let him know that he's being made redundant.>

-He walks out of the elevator and swings a Force Palm at the Peon's face.-

-Scarlett has managed to boost herself sufficiently and launches an untold amount of petals-

Distant Island Lab

Pica: <And here I thought that Loudred that we paid bottle caps to get past was bad.>

Artemia: <Yeah, we didn't even wear disguises like at the Cathedral.>

Azumarill: -Sees Kirk attacking the Peon- <What in the world is he doing?>

-Ammy, Rosa, and Issun head out of the castle-

-Umbra flings a Shadow Ball. Seishirou Earthquakes. Nyuki Poison Jabs the nearest person or mon. -

Island Lab

- Lina and. co attempt to sneak past the peon, but facepalm at Kirk-

-Shinobu unleashes a wave of water-

-Wario uses Hammer Arm against a foe and seems to be cheered up.-

-The Peon falls over, KO'd. Meanwhile, the equipment Ren's group runs past takes massive damage, some short circuiting. Scientists are knocked over-

...Yeah, I'd say that was deserved. Even if he wasn't Cipher, he sucks at this job.

-Continues inside-

Distant Island Lab - Deepest level

-Jet is talking with a head scientist over a secure video phone-

Head Scientist:And, we managed to get the Poison typing to work on a Sneasel, thanks to one of our scientists.

Jet:Good. I expect you to give us your results when I return later.

-In the background, an aide comes up to Jet-

Aide:Um...Sir, we have a break in at our Forest Lab.

Jet:WHAT?! Dammit, not now, we were so close. Tell them to keep the research there, and stop the intruders. -To the Head Scientist- Keep an eye out. They're likely coming for you.

-The call ends-

Head Scientists:Well, sucks to be them.

-He looks at the security camera, and sees Ren's group tearing down the halls-

Head Scientist:...Arceusdammit.

-He pushes the alarm button-

Illusio - Around 600 years ago

-Herbert follows behind Ammy and co.-

Distant Island Chain, Cipher Lab

Leia: <I really d-don't think that was a g-good idea e-either, Kirk...>

-Kirk gives the unconscious Peon a kick, then shrugs at the others as the alarm goes off.-

Kirk: <What? The alarm was going to be raised eventually. Might as well start things off by giving an idiot what he deserved.>

-He and the team follow Straw.-

-Elsewhere in the lab, Aelia hears the alarm go off, and sighs.-

Aelia: Already? I was hoping to get some actual work done here, aside from taking care of the pest...

-She heads off to find her Pokemon and get changed into her Peon uniform again.-

Pushing pass the distracted Peons and Scientists, Pi and Clan Warden blast their way further into the building.

Seeing an opportunity, Zeta takes it.

"Cetus, Heavy-Slam."

<Cetus: "Yes, miss.">

Suddenly, the entire weight of Cetus and Clan Bismarck slams down onto the roof, breaking through and knocking out a significant portion of the Cipher forces.

-Alarms start blaring-

Ren: looks like we got there attention. Males take the lead while ladies sing back backup! Prepare to use Round on visual contact!

-Ren starts using X Defends and X Sp. Defends on his team.-

Thanks to Zeal for spagging this with me. Also, note: While we originally were going to TS the trial before posting this, my availability is going down, and between the two of us, I wanted to get this out of the way before Orre.

Holon City

-Zach approaches Jacob-

Jacob: -See's Zach and turns around- "Oh hey. You need something?"

Zach: "Listen... I'm sorry... about the last time I saw you..."

Jacob: "..... It's kind of my own fault. I brought up... well, you know. After you told me to leave that alone. So yeah, what you did was extreme, but I sort of brought it on myself."

Zach: "No, you didn't... This is my fault. You're... the person I need to trust..."

Jacob: "...... I won't argue with you. I forgive you for that, then, if it helps."

Zach: "...Thank you..."

Jacob: "You're welcome. Now then, was that all or did you have another reason for seeing me? Also, if you couldn't tell, Zeal got me a full aquittal. Just wanted to make sure you knew I wasn't a fugitive or anything."

Zach: "Honestly... I'm scared..."

Jacob: -Raises an eyebrow, concerned- "I... scared? Of what? Was it because of how you reacted last time?"

Zach: "...Not just that... I feel like... like he is taking control more and more..."

Jacob: ".... Red Eyes? Well... that's... not good at all. Can't you fight him? Regain control? You're the original Zachary Motte, right? Shouldn't you have complete control over yourself?"

Zach: "No, I don't, and it's my own fault... And my lies... Even the people I think I can trust... I'm... not trusting them..."

Jacob: "You don't? I...... well this isn't good. How is this your own fault? You said you can trust me, what's going on here?"

Zach: "...I don't know..."

Jacob: ".... I trust you, but I find it very hard to believe you would say it's your own fault without knowing how."

Zach: "...I need you to promise... I'm going to fall... Promise you'll help me back up."

Jacob: " I'll help you however I can, in any way you need. I promise you that, if no one else, I'll have your back."

-Zach is silent for a moment-

Zach: "...Can you promise me one more thing?"

Jacob: -Nods- "Of course I can. What do you need?"

Zach: "...What I'm about to tell you... don't hold it against Zeal..."

Jacob: -Nods- "I won't. You and Zeal are my friend. Friends. Whichever. I can't hold much against him anyways."

Zach: "...My cousin, my best friend... Chase Espen... I killed him in cold blood..."

Jacob: -Goes wide-eyed- "........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................."

"............ I..... I see..."

-Zach simply stares at the ground, tears in his eyes-

Jacob: "I.............. I'm sorry, for your loss, Zach." -He pats his back before resting a hand on his shoulder-

"..... I'll be fine without knowing the details. I assume you don't want to remember."

Zach: "It was my own fault... no one else's... and I'm worried... it could happen again..."

Jacob: "I'll make sure you don't. You can count on me for that. I won't let that happen to you, or anyone else. Never."

Zach: "Th... thank you..."

Jacob: "Don't think too much about it. It's nothing, really. I mean, what are friends for?"

-Zach is silent for a moment.-

Zach: "Jacob... can I ask you something else...?"

Jacob: "Of course. Go right ahead."

-One of Zach's eyes flickers red for a second-

Zach: "What can you tell me... about Jirachi?"

-while most of Joseph's mons fight, Joseph follows Pi-

-Lady follows as well, possibly "accidentally" hitting Jack with a Shadow Ball-
