-The distraught messenger may find a man sitting near the Storm Curtain dressed in a hooded brown cloak, next to whom is an Aggron and a Bisharp-

-A Krookodile intercepts the patrol.-

Terrera!Krookodile: <We got a visitor topside. He's a Speckie from the looks of it. Messenger.>

Tetsuho: "Speckie"?

Otto: <The guards have come to calling Spectrans that as a derisive nickname.>

Tetsuho: Huh. Bring us up. Let's see what he's here for.

-The sergeant nods and signals his Onix up. The giant stone snake turns upward, erupting just outside the Storm Curtain near the messenger's last reported location.-

North Ryoshima Coast

- Orca makes his way to an island with a tall tower-

Ammy: <What's this?>

Orca: <THIS IS THE FIRST OF TWO TRIALS YOU MUST COMPLETE TO GAIN ACESS TO THE DRAGON PALACE.>

Ammy: <Okay...>

-Heads to the tower-

Holon City, near Maul

Nico: Yeah, I do... Why?

Xemnas: -pops out of Umbra's shadow- <Clearly this Shadow Pent is a Nobody.>

Herbert: ...Trials. Great. What's the bet that one or both of them are going to involve me getting injured, mutilated or maimed somehow?

-He follows Ammy as she heads towards the tower.-

-He continues to stare intently at Nico.-

Terrera - Around 600 years ago

-The distraught messenger does indeed notice the brown-cloaked man, and walks over to him.-

Messenger: Ah, hello, sir. I don't suppose you could tell me how to get past this barrier? Only I have a message that needs delivering, and I fear that my Warlord will become rather aggravated if I-

-He is interrupted by the Onix bursting out of the ground next to him.-

Messenger: GAH! U-um... h-hello?

-The Onix gives the messenger a snort, then backs up down the hole. A warrior wearing ivory white armor with tan highlights steps out, flanked my a helmeted Terreran sergeant and a large Donphan.-

Tetsuho: Might I ask what brings you to our border?

-The intimidated messenger gives Tershuo a nervous bow.-

Messenger: Erm... w-well, I have a m-message for your Warlord, but I'm unable to deliver it on account of - well, that.

-He waves his hand in the direction of the Storm Curtain.-

Messenger: So, um... would you be willing to grant me passage through this storm, or at least deliver this message to your Warlord in my stead?

N. Ryoshima Coast

-Looks up-

I wonder if this is a good time to see if I can do that wall run thing?

-The man looks at the messenger, amused by the scene before standing up-

Celzvet: "........." -He continues staring at the Storm Curtain before dissolving into laughter-

"I wonder if that'd work....? Of course testing it would be an act of war either way." -He shakes his head-

-He then realizes people are next to him and quite easily capable of listening to him-

-He plops back to the ground and resumes staring at the Storm Curtain-

Island

- Ammy walks up to see that there are many feline mons around, and a sign that says "Catcall Tower."-

-There is also a strange glowing pattern on the tower-

Ammy: <What's this?>

-Places a paw on the pattern... Only to find it has its own gravity-

<Wow!>

-Starts walking up the tower-

Holon City, near Maul

-Nico backs away slowly. Q continues staring back-

Holon City, near Pent

Umbra: Maybe look those things up on the Internet?

-Nods-

Good idea, good idea...

-Looks around-

Probably should find a cafe or something with Wi-Fi...

-Tetsuho ignores the crazy man in the brown robe, though his Donphan gives him a curious look.-

Tetsuho: Very well. Should Lord Sabaku decide to send a response, be on the lookout for a Gligar wearing a tan scarf.

-Tetsuho takes the scroll and turns to leave, unless something decides to interrupt him.-

Catcall Tower

Herbert: ...Oh Arceus, we're messing with gravity now? I realise that our presence in an area is basically telling the laws of physics to sit down and shut up, but I can't see this ending well at all...

-He closes his eyes and starts to walk up the tower.-

Herbert: Don't look down, don't look down, don't look down, don't look down, don't look down...

Holon City

Maul: <...>

-Maul continues to stare intently at Nico and Q until a certain Politoed comes up behind him.-

Leia: <Maul, w-what are you d-doing?>

Maul: ~Amusing myself.~

-Leia sighs, then turns to Nico and Q, quailing slightly.-

Leia: <S-sorry about t-this... is he b-bothering you?>

Terrera - Around 600 years ago

Messenger: U-understood. Thank you, sir.

-The messenger scurries off, seemingly very glad to be making his way out of earshot of the raging sandstorm.-

General Stone: Welcome back, Lady Sagi.

Forget what I said in discussion, as I care too much about some of these characters of mine to let their stories go to waste. Even if I might have to do everything by myself, I'll try to finish what I've started, and I'll try not to get on anyone's nerves in the process, although I'll probably end up doing so by accident anyways. Anyways, let's see I can actually get this get plot somewhere.

The past

Ayame: (thinking) So, Shizuka wants to try her luck in Ransei... Although, it seems we're run into a little problem, as we don't know where we'll be able to stay when we get there... I just hope Shizuka knows what she's doing...

Somewhere else, also in the past

Kagami: (admiring herself in her mirror) Ah, I'm so beautiful... and I'm really getting the hang of this warlord stuff too! Ooh, I should go on a journey, and let other people see how pretty and how good my warlord skills are! (to a few members of her army) You hear that guys? Pack my mirrors for me, will you? We're going to see new places!

-wandering, keeping an eye out for poisonous frogs-

"I take it we're going to be attacking Yaksha soon?"

-gives DS all of the hugs-

-went to get a boat while Lillith and the Pokemon deal with finding out if anyone has seen the villains' boat-

-Starts walking up-

Lillith: Hmm... Not much to go on... Some people say they've seen a boat that matches the description, but they don't know where it would be now... (shrugs) Better than nothing, I guess. (notices Wolf) Oh, hey. How did things go on your end?

I found a nice boat to rent. It's not huge, but it's big enough for all of us, and it has a couple cabins so we can stay out on the water if we don't want to come back to shore every day.

Lillith: Ooh, neat.
