Herbert: It just sounds more sensible than "Mezzo". At least Mezzopiano is a word, regardless of the fact that it's a ridiculous name to give to a child. And there's a reason for the "Herbert" thing, aside from the fact that a name like Lucius Augustus Octavius Cain sounds pretentious as all hell.

Herbert: Actually, forget I asked. But in all seriousness, they're in their natural habitat. Well, natural-ish, anyway. They shouldn't behave any differently from any other group of wild Pokemon, except for the fact that they all listen to me. The logistics should take care of themselves. And I do prefer Herbert, if you don't mind, though Lucius works fine.

Herbert: Don't worry, Falchion and his second-in-command are keeping them in line. I would offer to introduce my Pawniard to yours, but the truth is that Falchion is kind of a dick.

-He looks over at Jacob and Joseph.-

Herbert: What are we going to do about Edge? I was going to go with "hunt him down and gut him like the weasel he is", but I'm open to alternate suggestions. And he was able to take down Kirk and Maul by virtue of being a very strong Pokemon, though the fact that he's an Obscuric probably helped. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that, didn't I? Edge can use Obscura.
