-Herbert looks absently over at Joseph as he runs in, still more focused on his laptop.-

Herbert: Oh, you got a Sneasel? That's nice. I have a Sneasel too. She's a pain in the ass.

-Kirk nods enthusiastically, and summons an Aura Sphere in his palm, tossing it from hand to hand.-

Kirk: <Precisely. What do you prove by pressing a few buttons? Not only do you prove yourself in a real fight, show that you are the superior combatant... but the thrill of it cannot be replicated. It has been a long time since I had a fight where I was on equal standing with my opponent, though. They have all been either beneath me, or beyond me.>

The person climbing the stairs soon shows itself, being none other than Allen.

"Hello again sister, it's been a long time." said Allen, bowing to the girl with his left arm in front of his chest "What is my beautiful sister doing in such a depressing place?" he asked, with a small smile.

"Allen!" said Rillianne, rushing to hug her brother, who hugged her back with a look of satisfaction "How are things going with your new job?" she asked, with a happy smile

"It's going well, Hikari is a admirable and fascinating boss." answered Allen, breaking the hug and smiling at his sister "You didn't respond to my answer though, is there something wrong?" he asked, with a look of minor concern.

"I was just paying my respects to... You know." said Rillianne, with a gloomy smile

"Ah, but that had nothing to do with you, why are you getting so sorrowful for?" asked Allen, keeping a gentle smile.

"As much as it doesn't have anything to do with me, it's still someone I know and also someone important for you, it's normal for me to be here, isn't it?" asked Rillianne, starting to get rather teary-eyed

"I suppose, you're right, it was foolish of me to not think of that." responded Allen, before wiping a tear that was about to fall from Rillianne's eye "It's nothing for you to be crying about though." he added, still keeping a docile smile

"Sorry, but when I think of how much this affected you, I can't help myself." she said, trying to force herself to smile "You don't need to be so formal with me around, just to let you know."

"That's right, I don't... But it's already my nature to be like this." said Allen, looking at the ground briefly "Since we're here, are you up to ring the bell? I bet the spirits will appreciate it." he said, in a more casual tone.

Rillianne smiles and nods, the siblings then both went to the bell and started ringing it, a somewhat somber smile on their faces, as the bell rang, they both went to the borders of the tower and looked at the ground from up there and at the distance for a few seconds.

"Unova is a really beautiful place, you must really like living here." commented Rillianne.

"That I do... It's one of the few good things that have happened since that time." said Allen, keeping a smile, before turning to Rillianne with a serene expression "We should go now, I still need to talk to Hikari about something." he suggested.

"Oh, let's go then, I still have to tell you about my new crush don't I?" commented Rillianne, with a somewhat embarrassed smile.

Allen stopped to think for a bit, already knowing who it was and his current situation, he wasn't sure if he should tell her about him right there or play dumb, his smile faded for a few seconds until he made his decision "Hm? That's something I'd like to hear about." he said, smiling again "I can't simply break all of her hopes like this again, I can't bring myself to do it, I'm sure her friends can do this for me, I'm sure Hikari probably already knows, so... I'm counting on her."

The siblings then started to climb down the stairs, ready to go back to Mistralton.

Eowyn: <I'd fight you, but I don't think Lina would approve. And I see you're an Aura Sphere guy. >

-She charges her paws with Aura and punches the air-

<I'm more of a Close Combat girl myself.>

-Herbert gives an idle smile as he continues typing.-

Herbert: I imagine that him and Ripley are birds of a feather, then. Pro tip - don't let him get at your Potion supplies. One time, Ripley emptied out all my potions and replaced the contents with BBQ sauce. No-one came out of that one looking pretty.

-Kirk dissipates the Aura Sphere, and smiles.-

Kirk: <The sentiment is appreciated. And I try to avoid specialising in one particular area. Most of my opponents go down after I lead with an Aura Sphere and finish up with a Close Combat. Status moves are nothing more than faffing about.>

Herbert: Still, it's a good idea to keep an eye on him. Have you seen how quickly a Sneasel's claws can go through Mail? It turns into so much pretty confetti.

-Kirk smirks at Eowyn's sudden enthusiasm.-

Kirk: <Alas, I rarely get the chance to use it myself. Herbert seems to be under the impression that Bulk Up and Calm Mind are all a Lucario needs to know. He's not a bad kid, but sometimes he can be thick as a post when it comes to Pokemon training. Surprising, considering he was raised by a League champion.>

Nathan: "I hope I never have to see another Pawniard again."

I don't carry mail. I just carry a bunch of Pokeballs and medicine and stuff.

Herbert: Yeah, I don't carry Mail anymore either. What is it even used for in the first place? I suppose I could see it being useful, if they actually let you write in it rather than just giving you a three year-old's mad lib collection.

-He looks over at Nathan.-

Herbert: Would you be disappointed if I informed you that I have recently come into possession of an army of them? You probably would.

-He then resumes typing, only to be interrupted by his X-Transceiver going off. He looks down at Lyuri's message, and gives a smirk.-

Herbert: Oh look, she's worried about us. How sweet.

Then he just sorta blips into Lentimas Town.

"Huh?"

Psyche is wandering around the city in a funk. She bumps into a certain long haired Psychic Master.

~Oh, my gosh, so sorry, I wasn't paying att- Caitlin?!?~

Caitlin turns around and rubs her eyes. "Huh, whazat? Oh hi..."

Psyche blinks. ~Were... Were you just asleep?~

"Probably. Hey, you're a psychic too?"

Psyche nods vigorously. ~Yup! It's such an honor to meet you! I've always wanted to talk to you and-~ She notices Caitlin has fallen asleep again. ~Er...~

Caitlin: ~Keep talking. I'm listening.~

~Um... Ok...~ Caitlin begins floating back to her condo. ~As I was saying, this is such an honor, and- No, I'm sorry, why are you asleep? This is weird.~

~Why do you eat twice your body weight at mealtimes?~

~... Touche.~

They make it back to her condo. ~Anyway, yes, yes, I imagine it is nice to meet me. I didn't think there were that many psychics in Unova, though?~

~Well, I was raised by Gothitelle at a young age, and... oh you don't want to hear my boring backstory.~

~No, continue! It's simply fascinating.~ This is accompanied by a loud snore. ~Ignore that.~

Kirk: <A long one, certainly, but I can tell the short version. Herbert's father was quite a renowned trainer, beating the Sinnoh League on three separate occasions. His Infernape, Omega, was one of the strongest Pokemon I have ever seen. Though this attitude never really passed down to his son. They... do not have the strongest of relationships.>

"... You just had to taunt him." said Duke, who has been with Lyuri in the route.

"All right, all right, dumb idea, but I already sent it." said Lyuri, with a shrug.

The couple then noticed a bush shaking and just looked at it weirdly.

Eowyn: <Why not? Granted, I never met my parents, but still. >

Lentimas Town

Nathan: "And you have a foolproof plan to keep this supposed army under your thumb? How did you even get an army like that, anyway? Actually, don't answer."

Sophia <I'm not fond of them either.>

Suddenly, Sophia's steps got woozy and uncoordinated, drawing Nathan's attention.

Nathan: "What's wrong? Need to get outside for air?"

She didn't even answer before running outside, holding her head. Nathan followed her in front of the Pokemon Center.

Sophia: <It hurts...! It hurts!>

Nathan: "What? I don't understand...?"

Suddenly she was enveloped in a bright flash of light and sparkles, shinging brightly for a several seconds, completely cloaking her in it's glow. Once the light subsided, she had transformed; She now grew in size exponentially, at least twice as tall now, her red shard... things now on the sides of her twin tailed head and her ill sized leggings now transformed into a tutu.

Nathan could not find the words out of sheer confusion.

Nathan: "What... What happened to you? Why do you look like a ballerina now?"
