Well, I did make a sandbox for both. I think that's what Matt was talking about with the "Are we done." If the sandboxes are good enough, we just need to swap them in. If not, let's make them good enough.

Didn't notice that I'd be page topper. To make them easier to find, here's the Surprisingly Good English sandbox, here's the supertrope.

The Japanese/anime aspects could be shunted off to the Analysis subpage, under a "Japanese/anime-specific aspects" heading.

[up] That seems good enough.

Discar,
I think the two sandboxes pages you made are fine. Feel free to swap them in if you would like or I can do it if you happen to be busy right now.

I guess my only question is do we need examples for the supertrope before it is launched? If so, should we send it to YKTTW first?

Swapped both in. Surprisingly Good Foreign Language didn't have a page, so I just made a new one, but it looks a bit bare without examples. Anyone have a few we can put on there just to get it started?

Surprisingly Good English wicks and examples all have other languages mixed in with them.

Also a trolling for examples Ykttw might be a good idea too.

Post the page on YKTTW for 3 days get examples the copy and paste to the page, it's a better way to go about it than Wiki Magic a page with no examples... As people dont usually add stuff to pages with no examples.

Ok... I know this is off-topic, but can someone please help me fix the Film folder? It's hiding in Fan-fiction and I can't make it come out. It looks right but it doesn't show as a folder...help?

Edit: Nevermind Ifixeditpretend I'mnothere. Edit Again: That linked to something? Bizarre.

Thank you for the explanation, Discar. I'll keep that in mind.

Any time you cluster capitals and lower case together without spaces, it will create a link. If the page exists, it will be a blue link. If it doesn't, it will be a red link. Though sometimes that glitches, and red links show up blue.

For example: E Xample, Ex Ample.

Oh, and that problem with the folders happens when someone messes up the folder tags. Next time just go in and make sure there is one set of tags for each section.

I added an example to Surprisingly Good Foreign Language, but now that I think about it, shouldn't the example that was already there be removed, the one about French Canadians?

If we're purging all the examples that involve actual native speakers on Surprisingly Good English, the same rules apply there right?
