I'm on the fence about this. I guess it opens up for more jokes, but I don't want to learn everything again. I'd miss the Freeman we've been dealing with so far, even if it is the same one.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I agree.
I like Shephard's Mind-the "Ohhhhhh CRAAAAAP!" when he saw the mortar had me in stitches.
Chell's Mind was actually the first Mind that I saw, and it didn't disappoint. The psychotic ramblings of our protagonist should be the second most famous Mind (in the place of Shephard's) Too bad it seems to have ended.
Another green world.^Cyh is actually busy with a bunch of stuff. Last I heard, she had to study for MCAT, a virus broke her computer (meaning she lost all progress on Episode 6), and other stuff that's keeping her busy.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelDouble-post, but new episode:
^^ Okay, but the last episode was a YEAR ago! Finals and computers don't take THAT long to resolve themselves!
Another green world.Good, he's starting to remember. Hopefully he'll turn a corner and see a Gargantua and it'll all come back to him.
Anyone remember how this area is passed through normally?
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. Those vats? They're a platforming segment.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelYeah but how do you get through the locked doors in the game. Can you fit through the window in the game?
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult. The area where you can see them?
It looks like you can crouch-jump over the guard rails. As a general rule about game maps: If it's textured, chances are you're meant to go there.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelWhat's with the Episode Progress image?
It has that "Running Out Of Time" monster from Bubble Bobble on it, I think.
What it means, I don't quite know.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelDouble-post, but this is the last episode that Ross will be making at a weekly rate, as he wants to catch up with other things such as Civil Protection. He won't forget about it, though:
This is not a democracy! I have a gun, so I am in charge! Many governments around the world function on this principle! AND SOME OF THEM LAST FOR MONTHS!
I've got two guns pointed west and a broken compass.Shit. Now that I've been spoiled I'm going to be doubly disappointed by his once-every-four-months schedule.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I don't care if he has to come up with some really contrived reason for Freeman to get out of this part of Black Mesa, I just want this part to be over.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.God, I love this series SO MUCH and it only gets better and better.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I think Ross Scott wants to see someone draw Freeman's alien idea.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelAm I the only one who thinks Ross sounds like Ray Ramono sometimes?
CAUSE EVERY GIRL IS CRAZY 'BOUT A SHARP DRESSED MANNo, he gets that a lot, apparently.
Also, the current progress chart states that work on the next Civil Protection is at :| and that work on the Mystery Episode thing is at :(.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelDouble-post, but a new one has emerged:
Sadly, Ross recently got sick again.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelFinally
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.Oh wow, he killed a guard. And now he's going on about how he'll kill everyone.
He just finally snapped. Hit his Sanity Event Horizon.
Yeah, he's never done that before.
I mean, he didn't even give the guard time to say anything.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelLoved that part where he just pops around the corner and blasts the security guard
it is a little suspicious though, a security guard standing in a hallway that the soldier that just tried to kill you had to have passed through. It is sort of justified
SO
MANY
FREEMAN'S MINDS
