Right, um... gonna need more info. Photos/video of your swimming as it currently stands, for example.
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.I don't know the first thing about competitive swimming. I know how to swim for long distances for purposes of survival and travel and fun, but not competition.

@Blacke Wolfe Sorry, don't have any on me.

Spidercat, Spidercat, sleeps on a spidermat. What are the things that you feel you should be improving faster on? I mean, if for example, your strokes are sloppy or not strong enough, that's going to take different things to improve than if your turns are weak. And frankly, your coach is probably in a better position to help than strangers on the internet who have no idea how well you swim now or how much you've improved.

Alright, so it was either coming to you guys, or going to those fuckwits on Yahoo Answers, so I think the choice is obvious (hint: it's the choice where I go to both. Take that false dichotomies!). Anyway, I'm on my second year on my school's swim team, and I've improved quite a bit. Unfortunately, I don't feel like I'm improving fast enough. I would greatly appreciate any advise in any areas. Seriously. Anything is helpful.
