The way "Alien Scrappy" was merged with The Scrappy? Or is it a distinct trope?

Why not Merge all the subtropes of The Scrappy?

Actually, I think this one is valid on its own. It's about how a character is disliked because their ethnicity is so off and terribly handled. Alien Scrappy was just "a Scrappy who is alien". This trope is a bit more detailed, not "a Scrappy who is black/Asian/etc".

Damsel Scrappy is similar. A Scrappy that is hated because they are a particular brand of character archetype, and it's a bad one. They're hated for particular reasons that fit under one banner.

I completely agree with helterskelter. Ethnic Scrappy is about someone who is scappy because of their cliché personality instead of just being "a scrappy who happens to be ethnic." It should be its own distinct trope.
