Just a word of warning before I log off for the night: Mathematician's Answer is in full effect here, but I'm not going to tell you which questions I gave that sort of answer to.

BRUTE FORCE!
- Is the anime an adaptation?
- Was the anime (specific source work) released as a movie?
- Is the song from the Japanese version of the anime (as opposed to a dubbed version)?
The idea was that Juna is the Earth's defender, and one of the anime's ED's is titled Sanctuary. There is an Utada Hikaru song titled Sanctuary, that includes backward lyrics.
Anime geemu wo shinasai! Is the game that you're referring to on the Ikue Ohtani page?
Does the game that you're referring to have another game that's part of the same franchise listed on the Ikue Ohtani page?
Have one or more characters from said game or game franchise ever been in Super Smash Bros, Super Smash Bros Melee, and/or Super Smash Bros Brawl?

My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]So... is it Heartcatch*Paradise? Song of Tomorrow?
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.
Yup. It's Heartcatch*Paradise
Hint explanation:
From the lyrics: "haato ni pikapika migaiteireba". People do ask if the hints are related to the lyrics on ocaission, and I don't think I have had a lyric-related hint until now, so I decided to use one.
So the Ikue Ohtani thing was a coincidence, as I didn't do my research on Heartcatch's (and more importantly, The Movie's) seiyuu, but at least it helped make the hint less generic, and I don't think I have used any seiyuu-related hints before either.
