That's just a bad image in general. It doesn't show a transformation. It doesn't show a meltdown. It just shows a weird mutant guy.
^Yeah, if I saw a fat guy getting eaten in the image suggested here, that's a fat guy hooked up to a medical device to treat his injuries.
