The real reason she doesn't have to worry is that Andy is so laid back as to be horizontal, and has turned into a bit of a puppy-dog towards her anyway. Given her Bad Liar status, she'll probably stammer out a confession in the near future, only to have Andy offer to do anything that makes her happy. Cue return of Rudy, maybe.

I don't really think that sex is the point of this scene. The point is that they're anything but enemies, despite the show they put on in the ring. But because it's Ma3, being anything but enemies does mean having sex.
And I think that Roxie maybe had to be a lesbian (or bi), because DiDi currently has these weird ideas about her own sexuality and her relationship with Kiley, and Roxie is going to give her some close-up commentary on that.

Blow the question of orientation; if anyone's going to get anal-retentive about this stuff, the level of Generic Cuteness among the cast is ridiculously way off the scale of plausibility.
(It might even explain the prevalence of bisexuality. With people of both sexes looking this good...)

They used to be enemies, or at least they both honestly thought they were. But then the reasons they had for hating each other (mostly rivalry over Gary and to a lesser extent Zii) faded out, so they just had to get over the latent hostility. And while that was still happening, they noticed a peculiar urge to rip each others' clothes off.

Man, the guys working on these two comics overdid themselves with the comedy factor.
