The problem isn't really with the zero suit so much as how it's presented and used
Although it would be better if the zero suit wasn't designed with thong lines
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI actually liked her orange casualwear from the Zero Mission ending and the styling black version of the same outfit in Fusion's endings.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! It's technically not quite the same outfit- The Zero Mission flavor has a tiny diamond-shaped cleavage cut-out. It's so high up on the halter top that it's more like a neck-hole, but yeah.
Samus has good taste in bar wear- I'm not opposed to her wearing those sorts of outfits off the clock.
I sure said that!Personally I really liked her Fusion incarnation the best overall. Yes, one can argue that, for someone who had lots of shit happen in her past already & just basically went "Fuck all y'all" towards the Galactic Federation, that she has rather soft facial features, but I dunno, she looks just so chill to me. Like, "Idgaf, I'll just do my thing" chill.
Federation Force flopped in the UK: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016-09-05-metroid-prime-federation-force-flops . Honestly, the bigger surprise on that list is that Yokai Watch sold more than Pokemon in the UK, which also raises more questions about why it failed in the US despite the UK and US having pretty much the same culture.

The US in general didn't see the point in what was considered (regardless of accuracy) to be a Pokemon cash-in.
Anyway, Federation Force flopping should surprise no one, it was the wrong concept at the wrong time among other things.
One Yokai game versus five Pokemon games, four of which are a year or more older than Yokai. Yokai is more popular my foot.
I don't have the numbers to say for sure, but fairly I'm certain that the 15th 3DS game in the UK is in the three digits range. At best it's certainly well below what it did in Japan.

So I thought this was interesting (and yes, I know the source, but I'm choosing to ignore it)
Ignoring the channel and the youtuber, I'm actually interested in some of the legal stuff? I mean, I'm not a lawyer, but.
Nintendo probably wouldn't of got rid of AM 2 R and Pokemon Uranium if IGN, Gamespot and the other mainstream gaming media wouldn't have given them attention. They ignore the lesser-known fangames.
They did recently go after Gamejolt, however this is an interesting case as although the games on there were being distributed for free, many of them(quality be damned) were making small profits off of the games via ad revenue on the site.
Oh look, the spin off that no one asked for, was presented terribly and is by all accounts mediocre is bombing around the world. Shocker.
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects. And it came from your country, Canada.
And?
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects. It's the same company that made the newest Punch-Out!! so it's not like they're terrible at making videogames.
Felt like replaying Corruption, so I am. You know, in honor of the Federation. I chose a game that makes them look good. It's better than I remember, though the last time I played it was like six years ago. The opening Norion section may be a bit too actiony for some people, but I don't mind it as a prologue. Bryyo is a great level anyway. After Echoes it's great not to have an annoying Dark World. And the bosses are easily the best of the Prime trilogy. Meta Ridley is great of course, but Rundas was more fun than I remembered. I am encountering a lot of Energy Tanks compared to Missile Expansions, which feels weird. I think it's usually the other way around.
It makes sense that they'd give you more health earlier on in Prime 3 because of the Hyper Mode mechanic.
Honestly, the game doesn't really deserve the low sales its getting. It's not a bad game, but apparently nobody is willing to buy it because it's not what they wanted. Though, I feel like even if the game was better than it was, nobody would buy it because bitter fanboyism.
Why should I buy it if it's something (a level based co-op shooter) I'm not interested in?
This. You can't just make a meh to good game and slap a popular franchise on it and expect consumers to lap it up.
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects. While I somewhat agree that this game isn't really bad, it's still mediocre. Honestly, this feels like another case of Nintendo being too afraid to come up with something new and just slapping a franchise name on it. This game should have been it's own thing, not Metroid. And after nearly 10 years since Fusion's sequel hook, people have been really anxious to see what happens to samus next.
Warrior to the very end! My tumblr, dood!Should have rebranded it as a Splatoon Hero Mode co-op shooter.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!......what.
Warrior to the very end! My tumblr, dood!Fed Force would have been better reimagined as a Splatoon co-op game.
At least it would have sold better to people eager for their squidkid fix while waiting for splat2n on the NX.

The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!I don't think it occurred to them in 2010 to make a handheld Splatoon game. Though yes, it would've done much better.
For me personally, a level based co-op shooter is a hard sell. I'm not unwilling to get one, but it needs to impress. Obviously that's not what Metroid fans are looking for. Quality was never the real issue (though it never looking like a great game didn't help). The concept doomed it before it was revealed to the public. The only chance it had would be if it looked like Nintendo was putting a lot of money and effort into it. The perception was that it was a cheap and ugly game. And so we get the current situation.
I prefer to think of her as being toned with good muscle definition, like an athlete, rather than being pure supermodel curves.
