No, just a student. I'll study in canada next year, but I was born in venezuela, It's not a "stay at hogwarts for a year" thing, it's a "We'll ship you off to boarding school in England for the next 7 years, but you can come home in Spain for vacations" thing.

not if you count years 1-through-5 and kinder... but the whole Magic schooling has been at Hogwarts.
