Show that her brattiness comes from ignorance, not spite. Have her learn. Go spend time with actual kids. You'll realize the most adorable ones that you can't help but love are usually the biggest terrors.

AHR really hit that nail on the head.
It probably would be a good idea if you also show what kind of family she has. Could it be possible that she has a benevolent family who regularly goes out of their way to help others?

This is something I've wondered about for a while but only recently decided to try: I want to write a character who is a super-spoiled, super-bratty, elementary-age girl, but I still want her to be a likable character. I sort of want her to be an annoying brat to the other characters, but a lovable annoying brat to the audience.
How should I go about this? Is there anything in particular I should avoid?
