Tap Jump...never turned it off, but weirdly enough I never really use it much.
I like having multiple jumping options, its all about which is more convenient. Turning it off feels weird.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.
As in they stood there and didn't even attack. Just using the shield. Twice.

Is this a Jo Jo reference?Once may be incompetence, but twice (or more) is surely someone just messing around.
Got me some SSB 4. What should I know? I haven't played any other SSB assiduously since the original, by the way.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Clear Classic Mode with Mario, obviously.
I sure said that!Speaking of Classic (assuming you somehow don't already know this), there's a series of bosses at the end of it that increases in both length and difficulty the higher you increase the intensity. Basically, don't go trying to Leeroy Jenkins anything.
Speaking of Classic difficulty, never rage-quit. if you find yourself on the receiving end of something stupid and want to restart, just exit normally so you can still retain most of your earnings.
Speaking of Classic difficulty and stupid, never expect anything good from team battles of any kind.

"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guySpeaking of the ending for Classic, anyone notice Yoshi seems to be the only Mario-universe character that doesn't get a rainbow-colored "Congratulations!" after the picture is finished? Sure, he doesn't have the mushroom icon, but DK and Diddy have their own icon (and games) too and they still get the rainbow text.
Random thought of the day while getting characters through All-Star.
Has anyone else had the problem of their Amiibo figuring out how to play faster than they did? I knew I wasn't an excellent player, but the Pikachu I got this morning is now capable of beating me practically every time. If I manage to get it to Sudden Death, he knocks me out within the first two seconds with a quick attack, but it's far more likely he's going to shove me out by getting the smash ball, and then juggling me off the map.
If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television.Fighting amiibos requires changing up your typical approach. I had to start fighting a bit unnaturally to be able to get a win over my aMariibo.
He still beats me most of the time, but we just laugh and joke about it when it's over...;p
aMariibo: ha ha ha. gg. dat meteor tho

"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyI've been calling him that here since before I got him!
Because I didn't think people will remember Amri, though I styled that name from Mario...
Also, his meteor smash is pretty easy to avoid when you see it coming.
It probably doesn't help that I can't really decide on what character I want to main. I just hit random each time.
Maybe I should match aMiibo vs aMiibo, and see what I end up with.
If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television.Pitting two equal but different-charactered amiibos against each other would probably just bring the higher-tiered character on top. ;p If I believed in such things...
Single male looking for a pounding
...Awful pun aside. Anyone up for a poundin-Match on the 3DS?
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018So for Christmas I can add Link, Samus, and a bonus Pikachu to my amiibo collection. I kept Mario's box so I'm tempted to put him back in it and take a photo of me with them that makes it look like I got them all today. :P
I asked a friend for Fox, and now with my shelf about to be full of them, I wonder if I'm actually Gotta Catch 'Em All now.

The worst thing about Classic is that you go along nicely, make it to Master Hand, and one of them grabs you in a time where you can't react while the other kills you with Kraft Singles. It's just so annoying that you can't retry on the same difficulty, especially when things like that happen. It makes Classic mode needlessly frustrating.
I'm the guy who knows how to make games but doesn't. 3DS FC: 2878-9776-7579I do like that Master Hand and Crazy Hand now work together a lot more in order to make your life miserable. They have very lethal combos now.
There are so many moves the Hands could do that I wish they would...cracking their knuckles together, scratching the stage, grabbing either end of it and shaking it...
I wish you could control them without having to cheat. They could be part of a mode where you put them against regular players.
Or would they be at a disadvantage because they're always open?
I've never fought Crazy Hand in any of the other entries, let alone both at the same time, so it's been pretty cool to see for me!
I want there to be a mode where you can fight a high-powered Master and Crazy without going to Master Core. Crazy Orders adds Master if you go on a long enough streak, right?
I have a message from another time...@Enlong Yeah. But it also adds two or three random fighters to get in your way.
The highest you can fight the Hands on Classic without going against Master Core is 5.0. Which is fine, because at 5.1 they die really fast to make room for him...
Well there's always a way to customize if you're willing to crack the game open.
Crazy Orders adds Master Hand after I think 10 or 15 turns, I think starting at 20 they also get buffed.
I didn't know you could turn tap-jump off, that's really helpful, especially for Target Smash.
I have one complaint about this game. It doesn't ask you if you actually want to save your snapshots.
Also, a little something I did.

To be fair, it's actually possible they didn't know Jigglypuff's shield could kill them. People don't just suddenly find out. Few try to let their shield break in the first place.
The most incompetent player I ever faced was a Link who used zero projectiles. He was even told to practice before coming to the tourney. He didn't. He barely knew the controls. I mean, he did get some stocks off people, so he wasn't beyond awful for a newbie essentially, but those projectiles are his key game.
