...you might have a problem finding the first half of that, let alone the second. Film-to-game adaptations don't usually become RTS, I don't think.

Well, Oldboy pretty much has that one fight scene, but my god, it's awesome. No weird martial arts, not really all that much no-selling at all, very visceral. The rest of the movie is pretty awesome too, but if you're just in it for the violence, look no further

Condemned has good fisticuffs,but its story is meh. As for the horror aspect...well, it is amazingly frightening in some bits and idiotic in others
