Hello! Like everyone here I was born a lurker (to the point that my computer teacher had to block this site one time lol). I decided to make an account to meet new people and figure out this "forum" thing. I like a lot of stuff like Bojack Horseman and Breaking Bad. I'm also a huge Star Trek nerd and a general fan of sci-fi although I'm ashamed to admit I still haven't seen blade runner. Hopefully I can get to meet you all!

Hello. I am zephid, better known as the second poster on the first page of this ****ing thread whose formatting is weird. Apparently I never introduced myself, so I am taking the opportunity to do so Now, in The Future, when no one will care.

I wrote War and Peace and House of Leaves, but, while the former is still 40% me, the latter has been altered by bureaucrats to be informative rather than, uh, me. Such is life.

Mostly here to discuss webcomics Girl Genius, but truly I am here to remind you all that the Internet is old, and thus old[er] people are roaming around too, often confused and frustrated, yearning for the simpler times of the Fonzarelli Fix and Spikeification.

Hi! My name is Emily, although I was known as Mega Prismy. I've been reading TV Tropes since 2015, but only made an account in 2017. I only stayed for a short time in the forums... Played some forum games, talked in Yack Fest. I was also in the LGBT thread, the folks there helped me discover myself and I'm very grateful for that.

I reeeeally can't express myself properly. But someday I will learn to.

I like vintage stuff of any decade, but mostly the 80's and 90's. I like sci-fi, fantasy and mystery. If a story will have all the three of these, probably I will enjoy it.

Also I am still learning English so, sorry if I make some mistakes.

I will edit some stuff, but most of the time I will just read about some tropes or be at the Pantheon. I think it's my favorite place in here. See ya!

Hi everyone! I'm Bent GT. I'm a scientist from Georgia Tech, and also a student in an online communities course there. I just started my account here recently, but I spent a large amount of time in highschool browsing through tropes, which led me to finding out about a lot of fun series when I was younger. Anyways, I'm here to have fun but also find out more about the site itself, and all of its aspects.

I'm a sucker for Manga/Anime, Video Games, and animation in general.

Since I have no idea how to continue this conversation I am instead going to share some of my experience with TvTropes.

My first introduction was when someone in the comments of this video linked to More Dakka, but at the moment I wasn't all that interested. Later when I got really interested in character alignments I stumbled my way in here again, this time sticking around much longer and eventually figuring out what the site is really about.

I apparently set up my account back in 2016 but haven't done much other than lurking until very recently when the trope Jerkass Genie led me to the corrupt-a-wish forum thread and from there I have been more active in the forum games, which eventually led me here

I found this site back in 2011 while I was finding a site to look at. I develop an interest in it while looking at the Portal 2 page.

As you can tell by the username, I am a Wheatley fangirl. It's mostly due to I couldn't use my original username, Lollipopjewel.

Despite my username, I am a fangirl to more than just Wheatley.
