DUDE. This is Aizen/Kyokasuigetsu levels of Did You Just Scam Cthulhu?. I'm amazed her powers are compatible with an eldritch ghost.

Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youWell, colour me surprised. It's actually Red and Blue!
Totally forgot about her ether manipulating abilities. Nice callback.

Bad form.
While I did call the "manipulating mindscape" thing, I wish I had thought of those two. Especially that girl, since part of what she did was manipulate people into thinking something that she made up is true. I had forgotten about her specifically doing that until she popped up.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Wait, since when can they do that?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Blue made up some creature and made Annie think it was real.
Chapter 36, starting here
@24307 Specifically, Blue says that she can do that in the fifth panel here.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.No-one pays attention to the details.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.I just hope that Jeanne is, in fact, not catching the background details. It'd be really worrisome if she was luring everyone into a trap.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Wasting time luring people into traps doesn't really seem like her style.
http://www.mansionofe.comI don't know if we've seen enough of Jeanne to get a full grasp of her style. She might very much be the Combat Pragmatist.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Just dont talk to them background characters.
"Mhmhmhmhmhm" "HMHMHMHMHM!"
I still get a bad feeling about this. Jeanne is crazy powerful.
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"Oh, I'd forgotten that. Illusions that make draw people into them and make them believe they know things related to them? That's pretty interesting.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Yeah, yeah, she can do that, whatev'.
More important, is that goofus wearing a green bow tie with a grey suit? What a dummy.
Seriously, though, I wonder if there is anything special about that tie: its color looks way more vivid that anything else in the environment (maybe it's just because of the contrast with the gray suit, though).

Robots shall be the second load of fertilizer dumped upon the human race -Clippy-Red was maybe not quite the right name. Annoying Brat Tsundere is closer to the mark.
I wouldn't be terribly surprised if Annie just names the other one Blue.
http://www.mansionofe.comYeah, this is less a naming and more a telling-her-what-she's-been-calling-her-in-her-head-the-whole-time.
If nothing else, in terms of how to get Blue to help, that does seem to be the simplest.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Sounds like a name to me
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterWatch Tom subvert expectation and give her a name that makes her friend jealous.
Writer, or something. And... a button? 🖲️
Wonder if the faeries are savvy enough to request payment—like Red's friend getting a name.
