Well him being an immature kid probably is the reason. It doesn't excuse his actions but it makes them understandable. A lot of people seem to forget that those two things do not necessarily intertwine.

So what's your opinion on it and do you think the last chapter could change it?
I personally think it's been unintentionally hilarious from the start given all the twists and soap opera drama we had to sit through and I hope the ending fits that tone.
While I found it enjoyable, it feels like a rejected project for an OVA or a movie than a spin-off, with this Clone stuff that comes from Metal Gear Solid...
Well it's basically just prep for the movie isn't it.
Shit, I thought it was meant to last three volumes? If it ends in one chapter that might really hurt my opinion of it. That doesn't seem well paced at all.
